คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้ายกระดับการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างเป็นระบบ ผ่านการจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 ในระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 3 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรม Jupiter Trevi เขาใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและเชื่อมโยงเป้าหมายระดับยุทธศาสตร์สู่การปฏิบัติจริง
การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการในปีนี้ มุ่งเน้นกระบวนการเพื่อให้การจัดทำแผนมีความสอดคล้องกับภารกิจหลัก ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ ความคุ้มค่าในการจัดสรรงบประมาณ และตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จของแผนงาน (OKRs) โดยกิจกรรมภายในงานได้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์จากหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท ปริญญาเอก บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน รวมถึงคณาจารย์จากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ร่วมกันนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานราย ED-OKRs ในช่วงไตรมาสที่ 1-3 ตลอดจนสะท้อนปัญหาจากการดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการปี 2569 และวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงของการดำเนินงาน พร้อมทั้งร่วมกำหนดตัวชี้วัด OKRs ทั้งในส่วนของคณะฯ และโรงเรียนสาธิต เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้เป็นประธานเปิดงานพร้อมทั้งถ่ายทอดทิศทางการดำเนินงานของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 โดยได้กล่าวเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ผ่านตัวชี้วัด ทั้งด้านการศึกษา วิจัยและนวัตกรรม บริการวิชาการ และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร พร้อมทั้งได้ร่วมสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงานและสรุปแนวทางการดำเนินการต่อไปในปีงบประมาณ 2570 เพื่อให้คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ก้าวไปสู่เป้าหมายที่วางไว้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง
ทางด้าน ผศ.ดร.ประกฤติยา ทักษิโณ รองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และพัฒนาองค์กร ได้กล่าวถึงรายละเอียดการขับเคลื่อนแผนในครั้งนี้ว่า “เพื่อให้การจัดทำแผนเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ทางคณะฯ ได้ให้แต่ละหลักสูตรพิจารณาจัดทำรายละเอียดกิจกรรมตาม ED-OKRs แบบ Top down และเลือก ED-OKRs-Select นอกจากนี้ เรายังให้ความสำคัญกับการบูรณาการการทำงาน โดยได้แบ่งกลุ่มสายสนับสนุนเพื่อหารือประเด็นการปรับกิจกรรมที่สามารถดำเนินการร่วมกันในภาพรวมของคณะฯ เพื่อลดต้นทุน (LEAN) ในการดำเนินการ รวมถึงการกำหนดปฏิทินกิจกรรมของส่วนกลาง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การจัดสรรงบประมาณมีความคุ้มค่าและสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อองค์กรได้อย่างแท้จริง“
การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการวางรากฐานยุทธศาสตร์ที่เข้มแข็ง ผ่านการระดมความคิดและการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อให้คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีงบประมาณ 2570 ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน
Faculty of Education, KKU Hosts a Brainstorming Forum for the FY 2027 Action Plan, Highlighting OKRs to Drive Strategy and Effective Organizational Development
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (KKU), is moving forward to systematically elevate its organizational management by organizing a workshop on the “Action Plan Preparation for Fiscal Year 2027”. The event took place from May 1-3, 2026, at the Jupiter Trevi Hotel, Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, aiming to build understanding and bridge strategic goals into practical implementation.
This year’s action plan formulation focuses on ensuring alignment with core missions, strategic issues, cost-effectiveness in budget allocation, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The activities provided an opportunity for executives, faculty members from bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, support staff, and teachers from the Demonstration School of Khon Kaen University (Satit KKU) to jointly present their ED-OKR performance for Q1-Q3. Participants reflected on operational challenges from the 2026 action plan, analyzed operational risks, and collaboratively defined the OKRs for both the Faculty and the Demonstration School to optimize work processes for maximum efficiency.
Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered the operational direction for the Faculty of Education for the fiscal year 2027. He emphasized the importance of driving strategies through key performance indicators across education, research and innovation, academic services, and organizational management. Furthermore, he participated in reflecting on past performance and summarizing future operational guidelines for FY 2027 to ensure the Faculty firmly achieves its set goals.
Meanwhile, Asst. Prof. Prakittiya Tuksino, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Strategy and Organizational Development, elaborated on the details of this strategic drive: “To ensure the smooth and highly efficient preparation of the plan, the Faculty has assigned each program to detail their activities based on Top-down ED-OKRs and choose their ED-OKRs-Select. Additionally, we prioritize work integration by dividing support staff into groups to discuss adjusting activities that can be co-executed at the Faculty level to reduce operational costs (LEAN) and schedule centralized activities. This will make budget allocation more cost-effective and create a genuinely positive impact on the organization.”
This workshop marks a significant step in laying a strong strategic foundation through brainstorming and the active participation of all personnel sectors. It ensures that the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and Satit KKU can tangibly and sustainably achieve the goals set in the fiscal year 2027 action plan.
