คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาอาจารย์นิเทศก์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูพี่เลี้ยง และผู้ประสานงานเครือข่ายร่วมผลิตบัณฑิต ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ห้อง ED-TEAL ชั้น 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom. กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จารุณี ซามาตย์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายการศึกษา และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการสัมมนา การสัมมนามีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันในบทบาทหน้าที่ ปฏิทินกิจกรรม และแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาครูจำนวน 518 คน ที่เตรียมออกปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาเครือข่าย 96 แห่งทั่วประเทศ.
ในการดำเนินงานปีการศึกษานี้ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์มุ่งเน้นการบูรณาการนวัตกรรมเข้ากับระบบนิเทศออนไลน์ผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม “ED Supervision” ซึ่งถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพในการติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ. ระบบดังกล่าวจะช่วยให้อาจารย์นิเทศก์และนักศึกษาสามารถเชื่อมโยงการทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ สอดคล้องกับทิศทาง “Innovation & Sustainable Education” ที่เน้นการใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อความยั่งยืนทางการศึกษา. นอกจากนี้ ภายในงานยังมีการชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงานและเกณฑ์การประเมินผลตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดนิตา ดวงวิไล ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาโรงเรียนต้นแบบและการตลาดเชิงรุก และ รองศาสตราจารย์อรอนงค์ ฤทธิ์ฤาชัย รวมถึงการถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการสะท้อนผลร่วมกันด้วยเทคนิค KPT โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์อมรรัตน์ มะโนบาล เพื่อสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพที่เข้มแข็ง.
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จารุณี ซามาตย์ กล่าวว่า “คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดีเยี่ยมจากสถานศึกษาเครือข่ายเสมอมา เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้นำความรู้ภาคทฤษฎีไปปฏิบัติในสถานการณ์จริง. การนำระบบ ED Supervision เข้ามาใช้ในปีการศึกษานี้ จะเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลและประเมินผลอย่างมีคุณภาพ. ทางคณะฯ หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้จะช่วยหล่อหลอมให้นักศึกษาเติบโตเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่พร้อมสร้างคุณค่าและขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาของประเทศต่อไปอย่างยั่งยืน”.
กิจกรรมการสัมมนาในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญของกระบวนการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการปฏิบัติงานจริง ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการผลิตบัณฑิตครูผ่านการทำงานเชิงรุกร่วมกับเครือข่ายสถานศึกษา เพื่อสร้างบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีสมรรถนะสูงและพร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายในอนาคต
EDKKU Collaborates with Network Schools to Prepare Mentors and Supervisors Before 2026 Teaching Practicum Deployment
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (EDKKU), organized a seminar for university supervisors, school administrators, mentor teachers, and network coordinators for the 2026 academic year. The event took place on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the ED-TEAL Room, 4th Floor, and via Zoom. Assoc. Prof. Jarunee Samat, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Director of the Teacher Professional Experience Center, presided over the opening ceremony. The primary goal of the seminar was to establish a mutual understanding of roles, the activity calendar, and guidelines for nurturing the potential of 518 student teachers preparing for their practicums at 96 network schools nationwide.
For the current academic year, EDKKU is focusing on integrating innovation through the “ED Supervision” online platform. This platform was developed to systematically enhance the efficiency of tracking and evaluating teaching practicums. This initiative aligns with the “Innovation & Sustainable Education” strategic direction, which emphasizes using innovation for educational sustainability. Additionally, the seminar included detailed briefings on operational guidelines and professional evaluation standards by Assoc. Prof. Dhanita Doungwilai, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Model School Development and Proactive Marketing, and Assoc. Prof. Oranong Rittiruechai. The event also featured a session on the KPT reflection technique led by Asst. Prof. Amornrat Manoban to foster a robust Professional Learning Community.
Assoc. Prof. Jarunee Samat, Ph.D., stated, “The Faculty of Education has always received exceptional cooperation from our network schools, providing students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations. The implementation of the ED Supervision system this year will be a vital tool to facilitate quality data management and evaluation. We sincerely hope this collaboration will help mold our students into professional teachers ready to create value and drive the nation’s educational quality sustainably.”
This seminar is a crucial part of the pre-practicum preparation process, reflecting EDKKU’s commitment to elevating teacher production standards through proactive engagement with school networks to develop high-competency educational personnel ready for future challenges.
