คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ย้ำบทบาทผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา โดยเข้าร่วมกับสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาการศึกษา (สกศ.) จัดเวทีระดับชาติ “DQ Power เสริมพลังเครือข่ายความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลในยุค AI” พร้อมนำเสนอผลสำเร็จจากการเป็นหน่วยงานพี่เลี้ยงขับเคลื่อนโครงการพัฒนานวัตกรรมแบบเปิดเพื่อพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล (DQ Open Innovation 2025) ตอกย้ำพันธกิจการสร้างนวัตกรและพัฒนาการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
วันที่ 23 กันยายน 2568 รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ได้เข้าร่วมงานประชุมสัมมนาวิชาการ “DQ Power เสริมพลังเครือข่ายความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลในยุค AI” ณ โรงแรมแกรนด์ ริชมอนด์ จ.นนทบุรี โดยมี รศ.ดร.ประวิต เอราวรรณ์ เลขาธิการสภาการศึกษา เป็นประธานในพิธี ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล (Digital Quotient: DQ) ในระบบการศึกษาไทย ท่ามกลางความท้าทายของโลกยุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา และภาคีเครือข่ายทั่วประเทศเข้าร่วมงานอย่างคับคั่ง
หนึ่งในกิจกรรมสำคัญของงาน คือ เวทีเสวนาในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนานวัตกรรมแบบเปิดเพื่อพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัล (DQ Open Innovation 2025)” โดยมีรศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ ซึ่งเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของคณะฯ ในฐานะสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำที่ร่วมเป็นผู้จัดงาน (Co-host) ซึ่ง ในเวทีเสวนาดังกล่าว ได้มีการนำเสนอผลงานนวัตกรรมที่เกิดจากการดำเนินโครงการ ซึ่งคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ทำหน้าที่ร่วมเป็น “ครูพี่เลี้ยง” ให้กับโรงเรียนในเครือข่าย ช่วยสนับสนุนและพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันดิจิทัลให้แก่นักเรียน โดยผลงานที่นำเสนอได้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำเร็จในการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิด DQ ในบริบทของสถานศึกษาจริง แบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มนวัตกรรมสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มโมเดลและรูปแบบการจัดการ 2) กลุ่มการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มและซอฟต์แวร์ และ 3) กลุ่มการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์และสื่อการสอน
การเข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งกิจกรรม “DQ Power เสริมพลังเครือข่ายความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลในยุค AI” เป็นภาพที่สะท้อนถึงความพร้อมของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการเป็นสถาบันหลักเพื่อการบริการวิชาการและการทำงานร่วมกับเครือข่าย ตามพันธกิจของคณะฯ ที่มุ่งถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าสู่สังคม โดยการสนับสนุนให้เกิดพลเมืองดิจิทัลที่มีคุณภาพ ถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนระบบการศึกษาของไทยให้ก้าวทันโลก และเป็นกลไกในการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของประเทศชาติต่อไป
Faculty of Education, KKU, Joins OEC in Hosting National Forum, Presenting the Success of DQ Open Innovation 2025
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, reinforces its role as a leader in educational innovation by partnering with the Office of the Education Council (OEC) to host the national forum, “DQ Power: Empowering the Digital Intelligence Network in the AI Era.” The event showcased the successful outcomes of the Faculty’s mentorship role in driving the “DQ Open Innovation 2025” project, reaffirming its mission to produce innovators and advance education for sustainable development.
On September 23, 2028, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with the administrative team, attended the academic seminar “DQ Power: Empowering the Digital Intelligence Network in the AI Era” at the Grand Richmond Hotel in Nonthaburi. The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prawit Erawan, Secretary-General of the Education Council. The seminar was organized to foster collaboration and share knowledge on developing Digital Quotient (DQ) within the Thai education system amidst the challenges of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) era. The event drew significant interest from school administrators, teachers, educational personnel, and network partners from across the country.
A key highlight of the event was the panel discussion on “Developing Open Innovation for Digital Intelligence (DQ Open Innovation 2025),” moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. His role underscored the Faculty’s position as a leading educational institution and co-host of the event. During the discussion, innovative projects were presented, which were developed through the program where the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, served as a “mentor” to network schools. The Faculty supported and developed learning management approaches to build digital resilience among students. The presented works demonstrated the successful application of the DQ concept in real school contexts, categorized into three main innovation groups: 1) Models and Management Formats, 2) Platform and Software Development, and 3) Equipment and Instructional Media Development.
Participation in the “DQ Power: Empowering the Digital Intelligence Network in the AI Era” event reflects the Faculty of Education’s readiness to serve as a primary institution for academic services and network collaboration, in line with its mission to transfer knowledge and educational innovations to create social value. Supporting the development of quality digital citizens is considered a crucial foundation for advancing the Thai education system to keep pace with the world and a mechanism for achieving the nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
