ศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. เข้าร่วมอบรมยกระดับการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อคนพิการ มุ่งพัฒนาแนวทางการสนับสนุนเพื่อการเรียนรู้เต็มศักยภาพ

26-29 สิงหาคม 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดย รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน เข้าร่วมอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับคนพิการในระดับอุดมศึกษา (หลักสูตรสำหรับคณาจารย์ผู้สอน) จัดโดย สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เท่าเทียมและมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับนักศึกษาทุกกลุ่ม

การอบรมในครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาสำคัญอย่างรอบด้าน ตั้งแต่กฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักศึกษาพิการ, แนวทางการทำงานในฐานะอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยา, การจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอย่างสมเหตุสมผล, การทำความเข้าใจลักษณะและความแตกต่างของความพิการแต่ละประเภท, ไปจนถึงการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและกลวิธีการสอนที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพิการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการศึกษาดูงานในหน่วยงานที่เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี เพื่อนำแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศมาปรับใช้

การเข้าร่วมอบรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการสร้างสรรค์สภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาที่เปิดกว้างและเท่าเทียมสำหรับทุกคน โดยองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจะถูกนำมาบูรณาการเพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ กิจกรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนนักศึกษาที่มีความบกพร่องหรือผู้มีความต้องการพิเศษโดยเฉพาะ ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่สอดรับกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน แต่ยังเป็นการตอกย้ำพันธกิจในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นนวัตกรและพร้อมทำงานในสังคมที่มีความหลากหลายได้อย่างแท้จริง

Faculty of Education, KKU, Participates in Training to Enhance Education for Persons with Disabilities, Aiming to Develop Support for Reaching Full Learning Potential

August 26-29, 2025 – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vayu Kanjanasorn, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Sustainable Society of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, attended a training course on “Capacity Building for Personnel Involved in Higher Education for Persons with Disabilities (for Instructors).” The course was organized by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, to enhance understanding and develop equitable and effective teaching and learning approaches for all students.

The training covered a comprehensive range of key topics, including laws and regulations concerning students with disabilities, approaches to working as an advisor and providing psychological counseling, arranging reasonable accommodations, understanding the characteristics and differences of various disability types, assistive technologies, and effective teaching strategies to promote learning. Additionally, the program included a study visit to a model organization to observe best practices for implementation.

This participation reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, to creating an open and equitable educational environment for everyone. The knowledge and experience gained will be integrated to develop innovative learning management, activities, and environments that specifically support students with impairments or special needs. This not only aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals but also reinforces the faculty’s mission to produce innovative graduates who are ready to work in a diverse society.
