คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้าพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “AI-Ready Preschool Teacher : Play, Prompt, Imagine and Innovation” เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพและพัฒนาทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือ AI แก่คณาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายอนุบาลศึกษา ภายใต้กรอบมาตรฐาน “KKUED AI Competency” ที่คณะศึกษาศาตร์ได้ริเริ่มพัฒนาขึ้น พร้อมมีระบบติดตามการประเมิน “AI Certificate for Educator”
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ กล่าวว่า “กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนคณะฯ ให้สอดรับกับยุทธศาสตร์ Smart Campus และความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการ ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยการนำเทคโนโลยี AI มาเสริมศักยภาพครู ซึ่งทักษะ AI จะช่วยให้ครูสามารถสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการสอนที่ตอบโจทย์ผู้เรียนในยุคปัจจุบันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว เราเริ่มต้นที่ครูอนุบาลสาธิตฯ และมีแผนจะขยายผลการพัฒนาทักษะนี้ไปยังคณาจารย์โรงเรียนสาธิตในระดับอื่นๆ ต่อไป เพื่อให้ครูพร้อมเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการศึกษา”
การอบรมในครั้งนี้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีควบคู่กับการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงในการนำ AI มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการศึกษาที่เหมาะสมกับเด็กปฐมวัย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ทดลองใช้ “เครื่องมือช่วยพัฒนาสื่อการสอนด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI-powered Teaching Material Development Tools)” ซึ่งเป็นนวัตกรรมของคณะฯ ที่จะช่วยให้ครูสร้างสรรค์สื่อการเรียนรู้ได้หลากหลายและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
ด้าน อ.นริศรา รักศรี อาจารย์ประจำชั้นอนุบาล 1/1 ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม กล่าวว่า “สำหรับครูอนุบาลการสร้างสื่อการสอน เช่น นิทาน, worksheet, หรือสื่ออื่นๆ ในห้องเรียน ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญและเป็นสิ่งที่ทำเป็นประจำ พอได้ AI เข้ามาช่วย ก็เหมือนมีเครื่องมือที่ทำให้การทำงานง่ายขึ้น แถมยังได้ภาพประกอบที่น่าสนใจ ซึ่งเด็กๆ น่าจะชอบและดึงดูดความสนใจได้ดี ในการอบรมครั้งนี้ ก็ได้เรียนรู้วิธีการสร้างนิทานและภาพเคลื่อนไหวจาก AI ซึ่งทำได้ง่ายและใช้เวลาไม่นาน และหลังจากนี้จะนำความรู้ที่ได้นี้ไปสร้างสื่อการสอนอื่นๆ เพื่อนำไปใช้กับเด็กๆ ในห้องเรียนต่อไป”
โดยโครงการดังกล่าวสะท้อนเจตนารมณ์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการผลิตครูมืออาชีพที่มีความเป็นเิลศทางด้านวิชาการและเท่าทันเทคโนโลยี สามารถพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของประเทศ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับอนาคต
Faculty of Education, KKU, Organizes “AI-Ready Preschool Teacher” Workshop, Equipping Teachers with AI Skills for Modern Teaching Innovations
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, continues to develop educational personnel by organizing the “AI-Ready Preschool Teacher: Play, Prompt, Imagine and Innovation” workshop. This aims to enhance the capabilities and develop AI tool usage skills for teachers at the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, Kindergarten Section, under the “KKUED AI Competency” framework, initiated and developed by the Faculty of Education, along with the “AI Certificate for Educator” assessment tracking system.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, stated, “This activity is part of driving the Faculty to align with Khon Kaen University’s Smart Campus strategy and academic excellence. By integrating AI technology to enhance teacher capabilities, AI skills will enable teachers to create innovative teaching methods that effectively and quickly meet the needs of modern learners. We are starting with the Demonstration School kindergarten teachers and plan to expand this skill development to teachers at other levels of the Demonstration School, preparing them to be leaders in educational transformation.”
During this workshop, participants learned both theory and practical application of AI in designing and developing educational innovations suitable for early childhood education. Additionally, they had the opportunity to try out the “AI-powered Teaching Material Development Tools,” an innovation by the Faculty, designed to help teachers create diverse and more effective learning materials.
Ms. Narisara Raksri, a Kindergarten 1/1 teacher and workshop participant, said, “For kindergarten teachers, creating teaching materials like stories, worksheets, or other classroom aids is essential and a regular task. With AI, it’s like having a tool that makes work easier. Plus, we get interesting illustrations that children will likely enjoy and find engaging. In this workshop, I learned how to create stories and animations from AI, which is easy and doesn’t take much time. I will use this knowledge to create other teaching materials for my students in the classroom.”
This project reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to producing professional teachers who demonstrate academic excellence and are adept with technology, capable of continuously developing educational innovations. This contributes to driving and enhancing the quality of national education, preparing learners with essential skills for the future.
