คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. ร่วมสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาเยาวชนสถานพินิจฯ จัดอบรมทักษะทางการสื่อสารติดอาวุธทางปัญญาเสริมความมั่นใจก่อนเข้าสู่สังคมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ภายใต้การนำของ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ขับเคลื่อนนโยบายบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคม โดยมอบหมายให้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดนิตา ดวงวิไล ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาโรงเรียนต้นแบบ และการตลาดเชิงรุก พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาการสอนภาษาไทย จำนวน 15 คน ลงพื้นที่จัด “โครงการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพของเยาวชนในสถานพินิจ” เมื่อวันที่ 3 เมษายน 2569 ณ สถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายพิทักษ์ พันธมาศ ผู้อำนวยการสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชน จังหวัดขอนแก่น เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดโครงการ

โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิดการมุ่งเน้น “สร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษา และลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ” เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงการศึกษาสำหรับทุกคน โดยเฉพาะเด็กและเยาวชนในสถานพินิจฯ ที่สูญเสียโอกาสทางการศึกษา ให้สามารถเข้าถึงการศึกษาพื้นฐานที่ควรจะได้รับ ควบคู่ไปกับการพัฒนาทักษะเสริมที่จะช่วยให้เด็กและเยาวชนกลุ่มนี้มีความมั่นใจในตนเอง สามารถรับมือและต่อสู้กับความท้าทายในชีวิต เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการก้าวสู่สังคมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในอนาคต

กิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วย การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาทักษะทางภาษาเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพ” และกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ ซึ่งได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่ อาจารย์บัวเงิน ทองไทย และ อาจารย์สุขุมา เอการัมย์ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมกับนักศึกษาสาขาการสอนภาษาไทยที่มาร่วมเป็นวิทยากรและพี่เลี้ยง โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารให้มีความพร้อมสำหรับการประกอบอาชีพ การส่งเสริมทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และการเรียนรู้ที่จะอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างสร้างสรรค์และมีความสุข

รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดนิตา ดวงวิไล ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ได้กล่าวถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ว่า “คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนทุกคนให้มีศักยภาพและเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็งของประเทศชาติ การร่วมสร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่เพียงการให้ความรู้ทางวิชาการ แต่หัวใจสำคัญคือ ‘การมอบโอกาส’ และสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับเยาวชน ให้พวกเขาเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง มีทักษะวิชาชีพติดตัว และพร้อมที่จะก้าวออกไปใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างภาคภูมิใจ”

ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวถือเป็นหนึ่งในพันธกิจสำคัญด้านการบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคมของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งมั่นบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการและนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้มาใช้เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ตลอดจนร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการสร้างโอกาสและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนทุกคนสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองได้อย่างเต็มที่ และก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมได้อย่างภาคภูมิใจโดยไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง

Faculty of Education, KKU Creates Educational Opportunities for Youth in Juvenile Center, Organizing Communication Skills Training to Intellectually Empower and Boost Confidence for Effective Societal Reintegration

The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (KKU), under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, continues to drive its academic social service policies. He assigned Assoc. Prof. Dhanita Doungwilai, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Model School Development and Proactive Marketing, along with faculty members and 15 first-year students from the Thai Language Teaching Program, to organize the “Academic and Professional Skill Development Project for Youth in the Juvenile Observation and Protection Center”. The event took place on April 3, 2026, at the Juvenile Observation and Protection Center, Khon Kaen Province, and was graciously opened by Mr. Pitak Phantamas, the Director of the Center.

This project was driven by the core philosophy of “Creating Educational Opportunities and Reducing Inequality” to promote equitable access to education for all. It specifically targets children and youth in the juvenile center who have lost educational opportunities, ensuring they receive the basic education they rightfully deserve. Simultaneously, the project focuses on developing supplementary skills to help these youth build self-confidence, overcome life’s challenges, and effectively prepare for their reintegration into society in the future.

The program featured a hands-on workshop titled “Language Skill Development for Careers” and group relations activities. These sessions were led by expert guest speakers, Ajarn Buangoen Thongthai and Ajarn Sukhuma Ekaram from the Demonstration School of Khon Kaen University (Satit KKU), supported by Thai Language Teaching students acting as facilitators and mentors. The activities focused on enhancing communication skills essential for employment, promoting problem-solving abilities, and fostering creative and happy social coexistence.

Assoc. Prof. Dhanita Doungwilai, Ph.D., the project leader, stated regarding the mission: “The Faculty of Education recognizes the crucial importance of developing every child and youth to reach their full potential and become strong citizens of our nation. Our collaboration in creating educational opportunities today is not just about imparting academic knowledge; its core is about ‘providing opportunities’ and building confidence in these youth. We want them to realize their self-worth, equip them with professional skills, and prepare them to step out and live proudly in society”.

Furthermore, this project represents a cornerstone of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University’s mission to provide academic service to society. The initiative aims to integrate academic expertise with learning innovations to tangibly enhance the community’s quality of life. It also serves as a vital component in driving a sustainable learning society by creating opportunities and reducing educational gaps, ensuring that all youth can fully develop their potential and reintegrate into society with pride, leaving no one behind.
