ศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. เสริมเกาะทางปัญญา จัดอบรม “ลิขสิทธิ์และนวัตกรรม” มุ่งสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเคารพสิทธิและยกระดับงานวิจัยสู่สากล

คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้ายกระดับมาตรฐานผลงานวิชาการและนวัตกรรม จัดกิจกรรมการอบรมในหัวข้อ “กรณีศึกษา/คดีลิขสิทธิ์กับการศึกษา และวิจัยอย่างไรจึงจะจดสิทธิบัตรได้” เมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ ห้อง ED-TEAL ชั้น 4 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.พรสวรรค์ วงค์ตาธรรม รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด กิจกรรมนี้มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะให้แก่คณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนักศึกษา ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มีคุณค่าควบคู่ไปกับการคุ้มครองสิทธิอย่างเป็นระบบ

รศ.ดร.พรสวรรค์ วงค์ตาธรรม ได้กล่าวถึงหัวใจสำคัญของการจัดงานว่า การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาในปัจจุบันไม่ได้สิ้นสุดเพียงแค่การเผยแพร่ผลงานเท่านั้น แต่จำเป็นต้องตระหนักถึงการเคารพสิทธิของผู้อื่นและการใช้ลิขสิทธิ์อย่างเป็นธรรม (Fair Use) รวมถึงการวางแผนคุ้มครองผลงานของตนเองอย่างเป็นกระบวนการ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการละเมิดและสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ยั่งยืน ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มจำนวนคำขอจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อสังคมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ในการนี้ คณะฯ ได้รับเกียรติจากทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากศูนย์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้แก่ คุณจิราภรณ์ เหลืองไพรินทร์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฯ และ คุณจิตตะวดี หล้าหา นักวิชาการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้เชิงลึก ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่พื้นฐานด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ประเด็นข้อกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอน และการวิเคราะห์ลักษณะโครงการวิจัยที่มีศักยภาพในการยื่นคำขอรับสิทธิบัตรหรืออนุสิทธิบัตร นอกจากนี้ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ปรึกษาหารือเชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อไขข้อสงสัยในกรณีศึกษาต่าง ๆ และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่นวัตกรรมที่ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย

การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในครั้งนี้ เป็นฟันเฟืองสำคัญในการบ่มเพาะนักนวัตกรการศึกษาที่เพียบพร้อมด้วยจริยธรรมทางวิชาการและการรับรู้เท่าทันกฎหมายในยุคดิจิทัล ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานของการพัฒนาการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่ยั่งยืน การสร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องจะช่วยให้ผลงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ถูกนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในวงกว้างได้อย่างมั่นคง สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะฯ ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมในระดับสากล

ED KKU Fortifies Intellectual Assets: Workshop on “Copyright and Innovation” Aims to Foster a Culture of Respect and Elevate Research to Global Standards

The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (ED KKU), continues to raise the bar for academic excellence and innovation by hosting a specialized workshop titled “Copyright Case Studies in Education and Patenting Research Strategies.” Held on February 20, 2026, at the ED-TEAL Room (4th Floor), the event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornsawan Vongthatam, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation. This initiative focuses on empowering faculty, staff, and students to create high-value works while ensuring systematic rights protection.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornsawan Vongthatam emphasized the core vision of the event, stating that modern educational innovation does not end with publication. It requires a deep awareness of respecting others’ rights, practicing “Fair Use,” and proactively planning the protection of one’s own creations. This systematic approach reduces infringement risks and builds a sustainable organizational culture, ultimately increasing patent filings and the practical application of research for social benefit.

The workshop featured expert speakers from the Intellectual Property Center, Khon Kaen University: Ms. Jiraporn Luangpairin, Director, and Ms. Jittawadee Laha, Intellectual Property Officer. They provided in-depth insights covering the fundamentals of intellectual property (IP), copyright laws relevant to teaching and learning, and strategies for identifying research projects with high potential for patent or petty patent applications. Participants also engaged in intensive consultations with the experts to clarify case-specific doubts and prepare their research for legal protection.

Strengthening IP competencies is a vital engine in cultivating “Educational Innovators” equipped with academic ethics and legal literacy in the digital age. This foundation supports Quality Education (SDG 4) and sustainable innovation, ensuring that ED KKU’s research and creative works can be shared and utilized globally with confidence, aligning with the faculty’s vision of driving social change through international-standard educational innovation.
