ศึกศาศาสตร์ มข. จัดพิธีบวงสรวงวางแผ่นมงคล “อาคารครัวกลางและห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์การประกอบอาหาร” โรงเรียนสาธิตฯ มุ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางอาหารคุณภาพและการเรียนรู้ครบวงจร

28 กันยายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้จัดพิธีบวงสรวงและวางแผ่นเงิน แผ่นทอง แผ่นนาก เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล ณ สถานที่ก่อสร้างอาคารสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาและคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ (ครัวกลางและห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์การประกอบอาหาร) โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.นพ.ชาญชัย พานทองวิริยะกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นประธานในพิธี

พิธีการเริ่มต้นขึ้นในช่วงเช้าด้วยพิธีสงฆ์ โดยมี หลวงปู่ยูวิน ภูริปัญโญ เจ้าอาวาสวัดป่าสว่างพร จังหวัดขอนแก่น เป็นประธานฝ่ายสงฆ์ เจริญพระพุทธมนต์เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคล จากนั้น นายสุนัย โภคขรัตน์ พราหมณ์ผู้ประกอบพิธี ได้นำทำพิธีบวงสรวงเทพยดาและสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ก่อนที่ประธานในพิธีจะประกอบพิธีวางแผ่นเงิน แผ่นทอง และแผ่นนากลงบนพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง ท่ามกลางคณะผู้บริหารและแขกผู้มีเกียรติที่เข้าร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียง นำโดย รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารจากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และผู้บริหารหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

โครงการอาคารสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาและคุณภาพการเรียนรู้แห่งนี้ จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยมีเป้าหมายที่สำคัญหลายประการ ทั้งในด้านการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของนักเรียน และการเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก ดังนี้

ผลิตอาหารกลางวัน: รองรับการผลิตอาหารที่มีคุณภาพตามหลักโภชนาการสำหรับนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 3,000-4,000 คนต่อมื้อ
บริการอาหารครบวงจร: ให้บริการจำหน่ายอาหารภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น, แบบทานในร้าน (Dine-in) และซื้อกลับบ้าน (Take Home) สำหรับผู้ปกครองและบุคลากร
ขยายศักยภาพการผลิต: มุ่งเน้นการต่อยอดสู่การผลิตอาหารแช่แข็ง
เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้: ภายในอาคารจะประกอบด้วย “Cooking Studio” ซึ่งเป็นห้องปฏิบัติการที่ทันสมัยสำหรับนักศึกษาสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการประกอบอาหาร (Culinary Science and Technology) เพื่อใช้ฝึกฝนทักษะภาคปฏิบัติ และยังเป็นแหล่งฝึกทักษะวิชาชีพด้านการประกอบอาหารให้แก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
พื้นที่ส่วนกลาง: มีการจัดสรรพื้นที่เป็น Cafeteria เพื่อเป็นจุดบริการอาหารเครื่องดื่มและพื้นที่พักผ่อน

โครงการก่อสร้างดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนการพัฒนาโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อให้เป็นสถานศึกษาที่มีความพร้อมในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านวิชาการ สวัสดิภาพของนักเรียน และการเป็นแหล่งบ่มเพาะบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพในอนาคต

ED-KKU Holds Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for “Central Kitchen and Culinary Science Laboratory Building” at Demonstration School, Aiming to Become a Center for Quality Food and Integrated Learning

September 28, 2024 – The Faculty of Education and Khon Kaen University Demonstration School held a sacred ceremony to lay silver, gold, and copper plates for auspiciousness at the construction site of the “Educational Support and Learning Quality Building (Central Kitchen and Culinary Science Laboratory)”. The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University.

The ceremony began in the morning with a Buddhist ritual led by Luang Pu Yuvin Bhuripanyo, the abbot of Wat Pa Sawang Phon in Khon Kaen, who chanted for blessings. Following this, Mr. Sunai Phokkrat, the Brahmin master of ceremonies, conducted a ritual to pay homage to deities and sacred spirits. The President then performed the laying of the silver, gold, and copper plates on the construction ground, joined by the university’s administrative team and honored guests, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with executives from the Faculty of Education, the KKU Demonstration School, and various departments within Khon Kaen University.

The Educational Support and Learning Quality Building project was established with several key objectives, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for students and serving as a modern learning hub. The main purposes are as follows:

Lunch Production: To produce nutritious meals for 3,000-4,000 students of the KKU Demonstration School.
Comprehensive Food Services: To provide dine-in and take-home food services for the KKU community.
Production Expansion: To expand into producing frozen food
A Learning Hub: The building will feature a “Cooking Studio,” a modern laboratory for students in the Culinary Science and Technology program to practice their skills, and it will also serve as a vocational training center for culinary skills for the Demonstration School students.
Common Area: A Cafeteria will be available as a service and relaxation area.

This construction project is part of the development plan for the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, aiming to create an educational institution that is fully equipped in all dimensions, including academics, student welfare, and nurturing future quality personnel.
