คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. จุดประกายนวัตกรครูรุ่นใหม่ ผ่านเวที “ED KKU HACKATHON 2025” มุ่งสร้าง Startup Mindset
คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรม “ED KKU Startup Teacher Innovator Hackathon 2025” ระหว่างวันที่ 2-3 สิงหาคม 2568 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม และมี อ.ดร.ภัทรพร ผลดี ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเวทีให้นักศึกษาได้ปลดปล่อยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา และเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับวิชาชีพครูในศตวรรษที่ 21
อ.ดร.ภัทรพร ผลดี ได้กล่าวรายงานถึงที่มาและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการว่า กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองต่อนโยบายการพัฒนาครูยุคใหม่และสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย ที่มุ่งผลิตบัณฑิตครูคุณภาพสูง เปี่ยมด้วยทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาภายใต้โจทย์ที่ท้าทาย ทั้งด้าน STEM การส่งเสริมการอ่านออกเขียนได้ การพัฒนาการ และการดูแลเด็กพิเศษ พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมทักษะการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม การสร้างเครือข่าย และปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูให้แก่นักศึกษาทั้ง 7 ทีมที่ผ่านเข้ารอบ
ในพิธีเปิด รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้ให้เกียรติกล่าวเปิดงานและให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษา โดยเน้นย้ำว่ากิจกรรม Hackathon ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 2 นี้ ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การแข่งขัน แต่เป็นพื้นที่สำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพของนักศึกษาให้ก้าวข้ามจากการเป็น “ครู” ไปสู่การเป็น “นวัตกร” ที่มี Startup Mindset โดยหัวใจสำคัญคือการเรียนรู้ที่จะสร้างรูปแบบธุรกิจ (Business Model) ที่ชัดเจน จากการมองหา “โจทย์ใหญ่” ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสังคม เพื่อให้นวัตกรรมที่สร้างขึ้นสามารถพัฒนาเป็นธุรกิจที่ยั่งยืนได้จริงต่อยอดสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการด้าน EdTech ในอนาคต
ตลอดกิจกรรมทั้งสองวัน บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความเข้มข้นและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ โดยนักศึกษาผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้เรียนรู้และรับคำปรึกษา (Mentoring) จากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในหลากหลายหัวข้อ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบรรยายในหัวข้อ “การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล” โดย อาจารย์ ดร.สามารถ สิงห์มา จากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น, “การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์” โดย คุณสายัณห์ ผิวบาง จาก หจก.สกลพิทยา และ “การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมบอร์ดเกม/สื่อผสม” โดย อาจารย์ ดร.ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ หัสมินทร์ จากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายมัธยมศึกษา (มอดินแดง) ก่อนที่ทุกทีมจะนำเสนอผลงาน (Pitching) ต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อชิงรางวัล
ผลการแข่งขัน
- รางวัลชนะเลิศ เงินรางวัล 10,000 บาท ได้แก่ ทีมเตรียมฮาร์วาร์ด ประกอบด้วย นายชัยธวัช จางจันทร์, นายธนธัส เกษแก้ว และนายธเนศพล สังฆะเภท นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 สาขาวิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ศึกษา
- รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 เงินรางวัล 8,000 บาท ได้แก่ ทีม Innobox ประกอบด้วย นางสาวฐิตาพร สมอคำ, นายนันทิพัฒน์ กุดรังนอก และนางสาวภัณฑิรา ภาเรือง นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ศึกษา
- รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 เงินรางวัล 5,000 บาท ได้แก่ ทีมลูกหมูสามตัว ประกอบด้วย นายธนิค ฤทธิ์งาม, นายคณาธิป ทองภูธรณ์ และนางสาวณัฐสุดา กาวน นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชาคณิตศาสตรศึกษา
- รางวัลชมเชย เงินรางวัล 2,000 บาท จำนวน 2 รางวัล ได้แก่ ทีมส้มหยุด (นายปารินทร์ธรณ์ จีนพงษ์, นางสาวจามจุรี พงศ์สุวรรณ, นางสาวรสสุคนธ์ แพงวาปี) และ ทีมหนู KIDS MARK (นางสาวนิรชา นิติธรรม, นายปกรณ์ อนุรักษ์, นางสาวปัญญารัตน์ อภัยโส)
กิจกรรม ED KKU HACKATHON 2025 เป็นมากกว่าเวทีประกวด แต่คือภาพสะท้อนที่ชัดเจนถึงการสร้างระบบนิเวศที่บ่มเพาะนักศึกษาให้กลายเป็น ‘นวัตกรทางการศึกษา’ ตามพันธกิจหลักของคณะฯ ที่มุ่งผลิตบัณฑิตผู้เปี่ยมด้วยทักษะแห่งอนาคต การที่นักศึกษาได้ลงมือ
สร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายทางการศึกษาจริง ตั้งแต่ด้าน STEM ไปจนถึงการดูแลเด็กพิเศษ ถือเป็นการขับเคลื่อนวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะฯ ในการเป็นผู้นำด้าน ‘นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน’ ให้เกิดเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งท้ายที่สุดแล้ว ผลงานและความรู้จากกิจกรรมนี้จะเป็นอีกหนึ่งพลังสำคัญที่ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของประเทศให้ก้าวหน้า เท่าเทียม และสร้างโอกาสการเรียนรู้สำหรับทุกคนได้อย่างแท้จริง
ED-KKU Ignites New Generation of Teacher Innovators at “ED KKU HACKATHON 2025,” Fostering a Startup Mindset
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, hosted the “ED KKU Startup Teacher Innovator Hackathon 2025” from August 2-3, 2025. The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, who presided over the opening ceremony. Dr. Pattaraporn Poldee, Assistant Dean for Student Development and Alumni Relations, reported on the event’s objectives, highlighting its role as a platform for students to unleash their creativity, develop educational innovations, and build essential skills for the 21st-century teaching profession.
Dr. Pattaraporn Poldee explained that the project was initiated to align with the policy for developing modern teachers and the university’s strategy of producing high-quality teacher graduates with innovative thinking skills. The goals were to encourage students from the 7 selected teams to create educational innovations under challenging themes like STEM, literacy, child development, and special needs education, while also promoting teamwork, networking, and a strong teacher’s spirit.
In the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug delivered a speech, emphasizing that the Hackathon, now in its second year, is more than just a competition. It serves as a crucial platform to elevate students’ potential, transitioning them from “teachers” to “innovators” with a Startup Mindset. The core idea is for students to learn how to create a clear Business Model by identifying major societal problems, ensuring their innovations can be developed into sustainable businesses and paving the way for them to become future EdTech entrepreneurs.
Throughout the two-day event, the atmosphere was intense and filled with creativity. Participants learned and received mentoring from distinguished speakers on various topics, including “Creating Digital Technology Innovations” by Dr. Samart Singma from the Faculty of Education, KKU; “Creating Innovations for Commercialization” by Mr. Sayan Peaubang from Sakolpittaya Ltd., Part.; and “Creating Board Game/Mixed Media Innovations” by Dr. Saksit Hassamin from the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, Secondary Division (Modindaeng). Following these sessions, all teams presented their work (Pitching) to a panel of expert judges to compete for awards.
Competition Results:
- Winner (10,000 Baht prize): Team Triam Harvard, consisting of Mr. Chaithawat Jangjan, Mr. Thanathat Ketsakaew, and Mr. Thanetphon Sangkhaphet, 1st-year students from the Computer Education program.
- 1st Runner-up (8,000 Baht prize): Team Innobox, consisting of Ms. Thitaporn Samorkham, Mr. Nanthipat Kutrangnok, and Ms. Phanthira Pharuang, 2nd-year students from the Science Education program.
- 2nd Runner-up (5,000 Baht prize): Team Look Moo Sam Tua, consisting of Mr. Thanik Ritngam, Mr. Khanathip Thongphuthon, and Ms. Natsuda Kawon, 3rd-year students from the Mathematics Education program.
- Honorable Mentions (2,000 Baht prize each): Team Som Yud (Mr. Parinthorn Jeenpong, Ms. Jamjuree Phongsuwan, Ms. Rotsukon Paengwapee) and Team Nu KIDS MARK (Ms. Niracha Nititham, Mr. Pakorn Anurak, Ms. Panyarat Apaiso).
The ED KKU HACKATHON 2025 was more than a competition; it was a clear reflection of the Faculty’s success in creating an ecosystem that nurtures students into ‘educational innovators.’ This aligns with the Faculty’s core mission to produce graduates equipped with future-ready skills. By having students create innovations that address real educational challenges, from STEM to special needs, the event tangibly drives the Faculty’s vision of being a leader in ‘educational innovation for sustainable development.’ Ultimately, the outcomes and knowledge from this event will be a significant force in enhancing the quality of the nation’s education, making it more advanced, equitable, and creating learning opportunities for all.
