30 เมษายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้ายกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูผ่านกิจกรรมสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงานรายวิชาชีพครู เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะเชิงประจักษ์จากเสียงสะท้อนของนักศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยมุ่งเน้นการนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตครูให้สอดรับกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต กิจกรรมนี้ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการตรวจสอบสมรรถนะผู้เรียนผ่านกลุ่มรายวิชาชีพครู ซึ่งเป็นรายวิชากลางที่มุ่งหล่อหลอมให้นักศึกษามีความพร้อมทั้งในด้านความรู้เชิงหลักการ, ทักษะการปฏิบัติเชิงวิชาชีพ และกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้เน้นย้ำถึงวิสัยทัศน์ในการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ว่า การสะท้อนผลไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการสรุปงานในปีที่ผ่านมา แต่คือการร่วมกันออกแบบอนาคตของการศึกษา “เรากำลังสร้างครูของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ให้เป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่ไม่เพียงแต่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในเนื้อหา แต่ต้องมีศักยภาพในการปฏิรูปการศึกษาและสร้างอนาคตให้กับประเทศ การทำงานร่วมกันของคณาจารย์จากทั้ง 13 สาขาวิชาเอกในวันนี้ จะช่วยให้เรามองเห็นภาพรวมและจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุง เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าเรากำลังสร้างครูที่มีคุณลักษณะโดดเด่นและพร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้อย่างแท้จริง”
บรรยากาศการประชุมเต็มไปด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เชิงลึกระหว่างผู้บริหาร นำโดย รศ.ดร.จารุณี ซามาตย์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายการศึกษา ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ผู้แทนสาขาวิชาเอก ซึ่งร่วมกันสะท้อนประเด็นปัญหาสำคัญจากการจัดการเรียนการสอนในปี 2568 ข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่ได้รับจากการสะท้อนผลครั้งนี้จะถูกนำไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงระบบในปีการศึกษาถัดไปให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการตอกย้ำบทบาทสถาบันต้นแบบทางการศึกษาที่ไม่หยุดนิ่งในการพัฒนา เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าต่อสังคมผ่านการผลิตครูมืออาชีพที่มีศักยภาพในการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาของประเทศให้ทัดเทียมระดับสากลสืบไป
ED KKU Conducts “Teaching Profession” Course Reflection: Integrating Student Voice to Enhance Instructional Models
April 30, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, has moved forward in elevating professional teaching standards through a strategic reflection session on its “Teaching Profession” courses. The session focused on analyzing educational outcomes, identifying challenges, and gathering empirical feedback from students during the 2025 academic year. This data-driven approach aims to refine teacher production processes, ensuring they remain responsive to future educational shifts. As a core curriculum, these courses serve as a vital mechanism for assessing student competencies, equipping them with foundational principles, professional expertise, and modern pedagogical skills.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, emphasized the strategic vision, stating that this reflection is more than just a summary of the past year—it is a collaborative design for the future of education. “We are cultivating our students to be ‘Change Agents’ who possess not only academic expertise but also the leadership potential to reform the education system and build a better future for the nation. Today’s collaboration among faculty members from all 13 majors allows us to see the holistic picture and identify areas for improvement. This ensures we produce graduates with outstanding characteristics, ready to face the challenges of the 21st century.”
The session featured in-depth knowledge exchange led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jarunee Samart, Associate Dean for Education, together with faculty representatives from various majors. The team collectively reflected on key instructional issues encountered throughout 2025. The insights gained from this session will be utilized to develop and improve learning management models, systematically preparing for curriculum enhancements in the upcoming academic year.
