เมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้อง ED-TEAL ชั้น 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การสื่อสารอย่างมืออาชีพผ่านภาษากาย–น้ำเสียง–ถ้อยคำ” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม ซึ่งมีคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร ทั้งจากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นเข้าร่วมพัฒนาทักษะ เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานและการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการสื่อสารในโลกยุคใหม่ว่า การสื่อสารระดับมืออาชีพนั้นไม่ได้มีเพียงการสนทนาผ่านถ้อยคำหรือการส่งข้อความผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์เท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงความสำคัญของภาษากายและน้ำเสียงที่สื่อถึงภาพลักษณ์องค์กร โดยคาดหวังว่าบุคลากรจะสามารถนำเทคนิคที่ได้รับไปปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานและการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล เพื่อส่งเสริมให้คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ เป็นองค์กรแห่งการสื่อสารที่มีความพร้อมและเป็นมืออาชีพในทุกมิติ
สำหรับการบรรยายได้รับเกียรติจาก อ.ดร.นิชนันท์ คงศรี อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการตลาด คณะบริหารธุรกิจและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ เป็นวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยได้ถ่ายทอดเทคนิคการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม ตั้งแต่การปรับบุคลิกภาพ การเลือกใช้ถ้อยคำที่สร้างสรรค์ ไปจนถึงการใช้น้ำเสียงเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกัน ซึ่งบรรยากาศในการอบรมเต็มไปด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นการนำไปใช้ได้จริง
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก (Core Competency) ของบุคลากรคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ที่มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับทักษะและความสามารถให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางขององค์กร ตลอดจนเป็นการขับเคลื่อนกลไกการบริหารจัดการตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) เพื่อมุ่งสู่เป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการสร้างมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานและการบริการทางการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างยั่งยืน

Faculty of Education, KKU Enhances Staff Competency through “Professional Communication” Training to Meet EdPEx Standards
Body: On March 31, 2026, at the ED-TEAL Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University hosted a workshop titled “Professional Communication: Body Language, Tone, and Diction.” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony. The event was attended by administrators, faculty members, and staff from both the Faculty of Education and the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School to enhance their skills and foster an efficient working environment.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, emphasized the significance of modern communication, stating that professional communication extends beyond verbal dialogue or online messaging. It deeply involves body language and tone of voice, which reflect the organization’s image. He expressed his expectation that staff will apply these techniques to their daily operations and interpersonal interactions, transforming the Faculty and the Demonstration School into a professional communication-driven organization in every dimension.
The workshop featured Dr. Nichanan Kongsri, a lecturer from the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, as the expert speaker. She shared essential techniques for developing proper communication skills, ranging from personality adjustment and creative word choice to using the right tone of voice to ensure clear mutual understanding. The atmosphere was highly interactive, focusing on practical application.
This activity is a key component of the Core Competency Development Project for the Faculty of Education’s personnel. It aims to elevate skills and capabilities in alignment with the organization’s strategic direction. Furthermore, it serves as a mechanism to drive management excellence according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx), striving toward the strategic goal of establishing sustainable, high-quality standards for educational operations and services.
