คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมกับศูนย์จริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “จริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์พื้นฐาน (Human Subject Protection)” เมื่อวันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ให้แก่นักวิจัย คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการดำเนินงานวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์และพฤติกรรมศาสตร์ โดยยึดหลักจริยธรรมสากลเป็นสำคัญ ซึ่งเป็นกุญแจสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพผลงานวิชาการให้ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ
รศ.ดร.พรสวรรค์ วงค์ตาธรรม รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ว่า การสร้างความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ้งในกระบวนการพิจารณาจริยธรรมการวิจัย มิใช่เพียงกฎระเบียบที่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม แต่คือการสร้างมาตรฐานร่วมกันในการปกป้องศักดิ์ศรีและสิทธิของอาสาสมัคร ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้นักวิจัยผลิตผลงานที่มีคุณค่า มีความน่าเชื่อถือ และสามารถนำไปแก้ปัญหาทางการศึกษาได้อย่างยั่งยืน
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากคณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากศูนย์จริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้แก่ ผศ.ดร.อริยพร คุโรดะ เลขานุการคณะกรรมกาจริยธรรมฯ ชุดที่ 3, ผศ.พญ.จิตติมา ศิริจีระชัย เลขานุการคณะกรรมการฯ ชุดที่ 1, ผศ.ดารารัตน์ คำภูแสน เลขานุการคณะกรรมการฯ ชุดที่ 3 และ ผศ.ดร.พงศ์ธนัช แซ่จู เลขานุการคณะกรรมการฯ ชุดที่ 3 ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และหลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาโครงการวิจัยอย่างละเอียด ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง การคุ้มครองกลุ่มเปราะบาง ไปจนถึงเทคนิคการจัดทำเอกสารขอรับรองจริยธรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อช่วยให้นักวิจัยสามารถขับเคลื่อนโครงการวิจัยให้สำเร็จลุล่วงตามแผนงานที่วางไว้
การส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาลในการวิจัยผ่านความร่วมมือทางวิชาการนี้ สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งมั่นของคณะฯ ในการสร้างนวัตกรการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองสิทธิมนุษยชน ผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยที่โปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สู่การเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่สร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อสังคมอย่างแท้จริง
ED KKU Partners with Human Research Ethics Center to Empower New Researchers with Global Standards
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with the Ethics Committee in Human Research, Khon Kaen University, organized the workshop “Basic Ethics in Human Research (Human Subject Protection)” on March 20, 2026, at the Saisuree Chutikul Meeting Room. The initiative aimed to enhance the competencies of researchers, faculty members, and graduate students in conducting social and behavioral science research. By adhering to international ethical principles, this program serves as a cornerstone for elevating the quality and global recognition of academic contributions.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornsawan Vongthatam, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, presided over the opening ceremony and emphasized the significance of this collaboration. She stated that internalizing research ethics transcends mere regulatory compliance; it is about establishing a collective standard to safeguard the dignity and rights of participants. Such commitment ensures that research outcomes are credible, trustworthy, and capable of addressing educational challenges sustainably.
The workshop featured a panel of distinguished experts from the Ethics Committee in Human Research, Khon Kaen University, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Ariyaporn Kuroda (Secretary, Committee Group 3), Asst. Prof. Chittima Sirijerachai, M.D. (Secretary, Committee Group 1), Asst. Prof. Dararat Khampusaen (Secretary, Committee Group 3), and Asst. Prof. Dr.Phongthanat Sae-Joo (Secretary, Committee Group 3). The speakers shared in-depth experiences and criteria for project evaluation, covering risk assessment, protection of vulnerable groups, and efficient ethical certification procedures to ensure researchers can successfully execute their projects according to plan.
Promoting research governance through academic collaboration aligns with the Faculty’s mission to cultivate high-quality Educational Innovators and prioritize human rights protection through transparent and accountable research processes. This initiative marks a significant step in driving the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, toward its vision of becoming a leader in educational innovation that creates a profound and positive impact on society.
