เมื่อวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น (นานาชาติ) คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ศราวุธ จักรเป็ง รองคณบดีฝ่ายโรงเรียนสาธิต พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.ณัฐพล มีแก้ว ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายการจัดการเครือข่ายและการต่างประเทศ, ผศ.ภัสสรา อินทรกำแหง ที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายนานาชาติ, อาจารย์ ดร. ชญาชล เชื้อนนท์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอนและ นพ. ธนรัชต์ ปฏิญญาศักดิกุล ที่ปรึกษาด้านการจัดการศึกษานานาชาติ ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารและครูผู้นำจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ประเทศสิงคโปร์ จำนวน 7 ท่าน ในโอกาสเดินทางมาศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านนวัตกรรมการจัดการศึกษา ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาผู้นำครู รุ่นที่ 2 (Teacher Leaders Programme 2: TLP2) ซึ่งจัดโดยสมาคมครูแห่งสิงคโปร์ (Academy of Singapore Teachers: AST),,
ในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ คณะครูผู้นำจากสิงคโปร์ซึ่งประกอบด้วยครูเชี่ยวชาญ (Master Teacher) และครูผู้นำ (Lead Teacher) ในหลากหลายสาขาวิชา ได้แสดงความสนใจในโมเดลการจัดการศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์และโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ฝ่ายนานาชาติ ที่มุ่งเน้นการปฏิวัติการศึกษาเพื่อสร้าง “ผู้นำระดับโลก” (Global Leaders),, โดย ผศ.ดร.ศราวุธ จักรเป็ง ได้นำเสนอทิศทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ใหม่ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ที่มุ่งสู่การเป็นสถาบันชั้นนำระดับอาเซี่ยน โรงเรียนสาธิตฯในฐานะโรงเรียนต้นแบบด้านนวัตกรรมที่บูรณาการการเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่ระดับอนุบาลจนถึงมัธยมศึกษา พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ร่วมกัน,
กิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ครอบคลุมหัวข้อที่น่าสนใจหลากหลายประเด็น อาทิ การออกแบบหลักสูตรนานาชาติที่อ้างอิงมาตรฐานสหรัฐอเมริกา (US-based Common Core) แต่มีการปรับใช้ให้เข้ากับบริบทของเอเชียอย่างลงตัว, การส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเป็นพลเมืองโลก (Global Citizenship) ผ่านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง (Play-based & Inquiry-based Learning),, และนวัตกรรม “Career Path Academy” ในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือกับภาคธุรกิจนวัตกรรมและสตาร์ทอัพ (Startups) เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกประสบการณ์จริงในอุตสาหกรรมล่วงหน้า, นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการร่วมหารือถึงแนวปฏิบัติในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูผ่านกระบวนการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) และการสอนแบบ Team Teaching ระหว่างครูไทยและครูต่างชาติ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียน,
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นเวทีในการแสดงศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. แต่ยังเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษากับประเทศชั้นนำอย่างสิงคโปร์ ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการแลกเปลี่ยนจะช่วยให้นักศึกษาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาได้รับแรงบันดาลใจและแนวทางใหม่ๆ ในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายในอนาคต,
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวว่า การต้อนรับคณะครูผู้นำจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการประเทศสิงคโปร์ในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และศูนย์กลางการแลกเปลี่ยนนวัตกรรมการศึกษาในระดับอาเซียน โดยมุ่งพัฒนาคุณภาพการผลิตครูและการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบโจทย์โลกอนาคต พร้อมขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน,
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของคณะฯ ในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นนวัตกรครูและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางการศึกษาผ่านการบริการวิชาการระดับสากล เพื่อสร้างหลักประกันการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างครอบคลุมและเท่าเทียม และส่งเสริมโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)
Singapore Educators Visit Faculty of Education, KKU to Exchange Teacher Development Models and International Demonstration School Innovations Toward Future Global Citizenship
On February 4, 2026, at the Faculty of Education and the Khon Kaen University International Demonstration School (KKUIDS), the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Jakpeng, Deputy Dean for Demonstration School, alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Nattapon Meekaew, Assistant Dean for Network Management and International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Passara Intarakamhang, Consultant for KKUIDS, Dr. Chayachol Cheu-non, and Dr. Tanarat Patinyasakdikul, Consultant for International Education Management, welcomed 7 executives and teacher leaders from the Ministry of Education, Singapore,. This visit was part of the Teacher Leaders Programme 2 (TLP2), organized by the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST).
During the visit, the Singaporean teacher leaders, including Master Teachers and Lead Teachers, expressed significant interest in the educational models of the Faculty and KKUIDS, which focus on revolutionizing education to create “Global Leaders”,,. Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Jakpeng presented the development direction of the Demonstration School under the Faculty’s new vision to become a leading ASEAN institution. He emphasized the school’s role as an innovation prototype integrating learning from kindergarten through secondary levels and highlighted the importance of international academic collaboration to develop 21st-century competencies in students.
The exchange covered various topics, including the design of an international curriculum based on the US Common Core, adapted for the Asian context,. They also discussed promoting Global Citizenship through active, play-based, and inquiry-based learning,. Another highlight was the “Career Path Academy” innovation for secondary students, a collaboration with innovative businesses and startups to provide real-world industry experience,. Furthermore, discussions included teacher professional development through Professional Learning Communities (PLC) and Team Teaching between Thai and international teachers to elevate classroom quality,.
This event served as a platform to demonstrate the educational innovation potential of the Faculty of Education, KKU, and marked a significant step in expanding educational cooperation with Singapore. The exchange provides inspiration and new frameworks for student teachers and educational personnel to design learning that addresses future challenges.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, KKU, stated that welcoming the Singaporean teacher leaders reflects the Faculty’s role as a learning hub and a center for educational innovation exchange in ASEAN. The Faculty aims to enhance teacher production quality and learning management for the future while driving international academic collaboration for sustainable development.
These efforts align with the Faculty’s mission to produce innovative educators and strengthen education through international academic services, ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
