วันที่ 20–22 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม ED-TEAL คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Thailand-PSF Accelerator: Strategic Development for Academic Professional Standards” โดยมี รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพคณาจารย์ให้สอดคล้องกับกรอบมาตรฐานวิชาชีพอาจารย์ในระดับสากล
ในพิธีเปิดการอบรม รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร ได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะคณาจารย์ ซึ่งเป็นนโยบายหลักที่คณะให้การสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่ โดยระบุว่าการรับรองมาตรฐานวิชาชีพอาจารย์เป็นข้อกำหนดสำคัญของคุรุสภาสำหรับอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรและผู้สอน ทั้งนี้ คณะฯ พร้อมสนับสนุนทั้งในด้านทรัพยากรและงบประมาณค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัครต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้คณาจารย์ทุกคนสามารถยื่นผลงานเข้าสู่ระบบได้อย่างมั่นใจและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
สำหรับกิจกรรมตลอด 3 วัน ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.โอภาส เกาไศยาภรณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและอนุกรรมการประเมินมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ เป็นวิทยากรหลักในการถ่ายทอดกลยุทธ์และให้คำปรึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการเจาะลึกเทคนิคการพิชิตมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ การใช้เครื่องมืออัจฉริยะ “Smart Toolkit” และ “AI Prompts” เพื่อช่วยในการเรียบเรียงเอกสารเชิงสมรรถนะให้โดดเด่นและรวดเร็ว รวมถึงการ Workshop ปรับแก้คำสำคัญ (Keywords) ในผลงาน เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการยื่นขอรับรอง (Submission) เข้าสู่ระบบ Thailand-PSF ได้ทันที
การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพของหลักสูตรในคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ให้มีความทันสมัยและเข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากการที่คณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานวิชาชีพในระดับสากล จะส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการ
ความมุ่งมั่นในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพคณาจารย์สะท้อนถึงวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. ที่มุ่งเน้นนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อความยั่งยืน การพัฒนาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรให้เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญมืออาชีพถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นนวัตกรครู และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและการส่งเสริมโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้แก่สังคมและก้าวสู่การเป็นคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ชั้นนำระดับอาเซียนอย่างแท้จริง
Faculty of Education, KKU Organizes “Thailand-PSF Accelerator” to Enhance Faculty Competencies Towards International Professional Standards and Curriculum Excellence
January 20–22, 2026 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, held the workshop “Thailand-PSF Accelerator: Strategic Development for Academic Professional Standards” at the ED-TEAL Meeting Room. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony alongside faculty executives and members. This initiative aims to prepare faculty members to meet the Thailand Professional Standards Framework (Thailand-PSF).
During the opening, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug emphasized that enhancing faculty competencies is a core policy receiving full support from the faculty. He noted that professional certification is a key requirement by the Teachers’ Council of Thailand for program faculty members and instructors. The faculty is committed to supporting resources and covering application fees to ensure all members can confidently and effectively submit their works into the system.
The three-day workshop featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ophas Kaosaiyaporn, a distinguished expert and professional standards evaluator. Highlights included strategic insights into achieving professional standards, the use of “Smart Toolkits,” and advanced “AI Prompts” to streamline documentation. Participants also engaged in workshops to refine key terminology in their portfolios, ensuring readiness for immediate submission to the Thailand-PSF system.
This project serves as a vital mechanism in strengthening and modernizing the Faculty of Education’s curriculum. Having professionally certified faculty members directly elevates the standards of teaching and academic program management towards excellence.
