คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. เปิดเวทีรับฟังความเห็น เพื่อยกระดับระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้สู่คณะชั้นนำระดับอาเซียน

8 มกราคม 2569 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรม “รับฟังเสียงนักศึกษา (Student Voice) พร้อมนำเสนอแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ของแต่ละวิชาเอก พร้อมกิจกรรมเทศกาลต้อนรับปีใหม่ 2569” ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน, ผศ.ดร.ภัทรพร ผลดี ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ และสโมสรนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะโดยตรงจากนักศึกษาตัวแทนสาขาวิชา ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือน “หัวใจสำคัญ” ของการพัฒนาคณะฯ

รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการรับฟังเสียงนักศึกษา ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจะถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อปรับปรุงคณะฯ ในทุกมิติ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ สิ่งสนับสนุนการศึกษา อาคารสถานที่ และความปลอดภัย เพื่อให้นักศึกษาทุกคนมีความสุข พร้อมยังระบุว่าการพัฒนาหลักสูตรใหม่ในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้จะมุ่งเน้นการสร้าง “Smart Teacher” และ “Innovator” ที่มีความรอบรู้ทั้งในวิชาชีพ จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู และทักษะการใช้ชีวิต

กิจกรรมหลักภายในงานประกอบด้วยการนำเสนอ “แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice)” จากนักศึกษาแต่ละสาขาวิชา เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ ต่อด้วยการเปิดเวทีรับฟังเสียงสะท้อนจากนักศึกษาในด้านต่างๆ เช่น สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ ระบบนิเวศการศึกษา รวมถึงแนวทางการปรับปรุงห้องเรียน และระบบความปลอดภัย นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมสร้างความผูกพันผ่านการจับฉลากของขวัญปีใหม่จากคณะผู้บริหาร สร้างรอยยิ้มและความประทับใจให้แก่ทุกคนที่เข้าร่วม

กิจกรรมนี้คือการสร้าง “พื้นที่ปลอดภัย” ให้นักศึกษาได้สะท้อนความต้องการและความคาดหวัง ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่คณะฯ จะนำไปพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ให้ทันสมัยและตอบโจทย์การเป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังช่วยเสริมสร้างจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู Spirit of Teacher และความเป็นผู้นำให้กับนักศึกษาผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการคณะฯ ร่วมกับผู้บริหาร

Faculty of Education KKU Opens Forum to Listen to Opinions, Elevating Learning Ecosystem towards Leading ASEAN Faculty

January 8, 2026 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized the “Student Voice” activity, featuring the presentation of “Best Practices” from each major and the New Year 2026 Welcome Festival at Saisuree Jutikul Room. The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Sustainable Society, Asst. Prof. Dr. Phattaraporn Pondee, Assistant Dean for Student Development and Alumni Relations, and the Faculty of Education Student Union. The event aimed to listen to opinions and suggestions directly from student representatives, who are regarded as the “heart” of the Faculty’s development.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, emphasized the importance of listening to student voices. He stated that the information received would be utilized to improve the Faculty in all dimensions, ranging from learning management and educational support facilities to buildings and safety measures, ensuring the happiness of all students. The Dean further indicated that the development of new curriculums in the near future will focus on creating “Smart Teachers” and “Innovators” who are well-rounded in professional knowledge, the spirit of teachers, and life skills.

The main activities included the presentation of “Best Practices” by students from each major to exchange creative works. This was followed by a forum to listen to student feedback on various aspects, such as the learning environment, educational ecosystem, classroom improvements, and safety systems. Additionally, the event featured relationship-building activities through a New Year gift lucky draw from the executive team, creating smiles and leaving a lasting impression on all participants.

This activity serves to create a “Safe Zone” for students to reflect on their needs and expectations. The insights gained will enable the Faculty to develop a modern learning ecosystem that supports the goal of producing future educational innovators. Furthermore, it helps strengthen the “Spirit of Teacher” and leadership skills in students through their participation in the Faculty’s management alongside the administrators.
