24 ธันวาคม 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยสโมสรนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ จัดพิธีเปิดโครงการ “ค่ายสานฝันฉันอยากเป็นครู ครั้งที่ 22” ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และมี นายสุกฤษฎิ์ สำราญบำรุง ประธานโครงการฯ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน, กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมรวมทั้งสิ้น 438 คน ประกอบด้วย นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจากทั่วประเทศจำนวน 180 คน นักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. 240 คน และนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเครือข่ายอีก 18 คน เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเตรียมความพร้อมสู่เส้นทางวิชาชีพครูในอนาคต
นายสุกฤษฎิ์ สำราญบำรุง ประธานโครงการ ได้กล่าวถึงความตั้งใจของการจัดกิจกรรมว่า มุ่งหวังที่จะสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้น้องๆ นักเรียนเกิดความชัดเจนในการเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษาบนเส้นทางวิชาชีพครู พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างทักษะทางคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูให้กับนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ เพื่อให้เติบโตเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีของสังคมต่อไป
ด้าน รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน ได้กล่าวชื่นชมความมุ่งมั่นของนักเรียนและนักศึกษาทุกคน โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของวิชาชีพครูว่าเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศชาติ, ท่านได้กล่าวให้แง่คิดว่า “เด็กจะดีหรือไม่ดี เริ่มที่มือเรา… เพราะฉะนั้นเราต้องสร้างครูที่ดีออกไป” พร้อมทั้งชื่นชมการคัดเลือกที่เข้มข้น ซึ่งสะท้อนว่าผู้ที่ได้เข้าร่วมค่ายในครั้งนี้คือผู้ที่มีความตั้งใจจริงที่อยากจะศึกษาด้านศึกษาศาสตร์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์การเป็นครูในแบบฉบับของ EDKKU อย่างแท้จริง,
สำหรับกิจกรรมค่ายในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 24 – 27 ธันวาคม 2568 รวมระยะเวลา 4 วัน 3 คืน ณ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยเน้นกระบวนการหล่อหลอมให้น้องๆ นักเรียนได้สัมผัสชีวิตในรั้วคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ผ่านกิจกรรมฐานการเรียนรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับพี่ๆ นักศึกษา เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทของครูยุคใหม่ที่ต้องเป็นทั้งผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้และนวัตกรทางการศึกษา
ประโยชน์ของการจัดโครงการนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยให้นักเรียนได้ค้นพบตนเองและวางแผนอนาคตทางการศึกษาได้อย่างถูกต้อง แต่ยังเป็นเวทีที่ให้นักศึกษาปัจจุบันได้ฝึกฝนทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น การเป็นผู้นำ และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ซึ่งเป็นทักษะที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในอนาคต, อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ที่ร่วมผลิตครูให้มีความเข้มแข็งมากยิ่งขึ้น
การจัดกิจกรรมค่ายสานฝันฯ นี้ สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. ในการผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาและมีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูที่พร้อมรับใช้สังคม, การปลูกฝังคุณธรรมและทักษะที่จำเป็นตั้งแต่ระดับก่อนมหาวิทยาลัยถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการจัดการศึกษาที่ครอบคลุมทุกช่วงวัย เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับภาคการศึกษาของประเทศ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ในการสร้างนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ในการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างเท่าเทียมและทั่วถึง
KKU Faculty of Education Welcomes Aspiring Teachers Nationwide to the 22nd “San Fun Chan Yak Pen Kru” (Dreaming of Being a Teacher) Camp, Aiming to Cultivate the Spirit of Teaching for Sustainable Social Development.
December 24, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (KKU), through the Education Student Union, officially launched the 22nd “San Fun Chan Yak Pen Kru” Camp for the 2025 academic year at the Saisuree Jutikul Meeting Room. The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn, Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Sustainable Society, with Mr. Sukrit Samranbamrung, the Project Chairman, delivering the objective report. The event brought together 438 participants, including 180 selected high school students (Grades 10-12) from across the country, 240 KKU education students, and 18 students from network universities, all gathered to inspire and prepare the next generation for the teaching profession.
Mr. Sukrit Samranbamrung stated that the project’s primary goal is to inspire students and provide clarity regarding their future path in higher education within the teaching field. Furthermore, it aims to instill moral values, ethics, and the “spirit of a teacher” in the participating university students, ensuring they grow into responsible citizens.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn commended the dedication of all students, emphasizing that the teaching profession is the fundamental cornerstone of national development. He shared a poignant reflection: “Whether a child grows up to be good or not, it starts in our hands… therefore, we must produce exceptional teachers.” He also praised the rigorous selection process, noting that those attending the camp have shown a genuine commitment to studying Education at KKU and experiencing the unique “EDKKU” approach to teacher training.
The camp takes place from December 24 – 27, 2025 (4 days and 3 nights) at the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and the KKU Demonstration School. The program is designed to immerse high school students in the faculty’s environment through learning stations and experience-sharing sessions with senior students. This helps them understand the role of modern teachers as both educators and educational innovators.
The benefits of this project extend beyond helping students discover themselves and plan their academic futures; it serves as a platform for current university students to practice teamwork, leadership, and knowledge transfer—essential skills for their careers. Additionally, it strengthens the collaborative network between various teacher-producing universities.
This initiative reflects the commitment of the Faculty of Education, KKU, to producing graduates who are educational innovators with a heart for service. Cultivating virtue and necessary skills starting from the pre-university level is part of a lifelong learning strategy to add value to the nation’s education sector. This aligns with the faculty’s vision of creating educational innovations for sustainable development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regarding inclusive and equitable quality education for all.
