ระหว่างวันที่ 11 – 12 ธันวาคม 2568 – มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย รศ.นพ.ชาญชัย พานทองวิริยะกุล อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ โดยให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจาก University of Tsukuba ประเทศญี่ปุ่น นำโดย Professor Teruyuki FUJITA, Associate Professor Yusuke HIRAI และ Assistant Professor Yuichi FURUTA พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนเพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษา และหารือความร่วมมือเชิงรุก โครงการ Campus Asia 6 และ หารือหลักสูตรผลิตบัณฑิต Dual Degree เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับนานาชาติ
โดยกิจกรรมเริ่มต้นขึ้นในวันที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2568 โดย ผศ.ดร.ปรมะ แขวงเมือง ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ได้นำคณะผู้แทนจากญี่ปุ่นเข้าเยี่ยมชมพื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้จริง เริ่มต้นที่โรงเรียนสาธิตนานาชาติมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อศึกษาดูงานภายใต้แนวคิด “Innovation meets education” โดยมี อาจารย์พีระ เปรมธีรวัฒน์ชัย ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฯ ให้การต้อนรับ จากนั้นคณะได้เดินทางต่อไปยังโรงเรียนสาธิตเทศบาลเมืองศิลา (บ้านโกทา) เพื่อสัมผัสการจัดการศึกษาในบริบทท้องถิ่นที่เข้มแข็ง โดยได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นจาก นายศักดิ์ชัย บุญน้อม ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน พร้อมชมการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมอีสานและมวยไทย สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเข้ากับการศึกษาสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างลงตัว
ในช่วงบ่าย ณ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ได้เปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการ โดยเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของคณะฯ ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัย (Research Presentation) ในหัวข้อนวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และวิทยาการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างพื้นที่ให้นักศึกษาได้แสดงศักยภาพและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับโลก
และในวันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2568 เมื่อ รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์สาขาการสอนภาษาญี่ปุ่น นำคณะผู้แทนจาก University of Tsukuba เข้าพบ รศ.นพ.ชาญชัย พานทองวิริยะกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือใน “โครงการ Campus Asia 6” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงการผลักดันการพัฒนา “หลักสูตร 2 ปริญญา (Dual Degree)” ร่วมกัน
การมาเยือนของ University of Tsukuba ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสานต่อความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและการวิจัยตามวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีทักษะแห่งอนาคต (Future Skills) ให้พร้อมเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการพัฒนาการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืนสืบไป
Faculty of Education, KKU Welcomes University of Tsukuba Delegation to Advance Campus Asia 6 and Dual Degree Programs
December 11-12, 2025 – Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Assoc. Prof. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, warmly welcomed a delegation from the University of Tsukuba, Japan. The visiting group was led by Professor Teruyuki FUJITA, Associate Professor Yusuke HIRAI, and Assistant Professor Yuichi FURUTA, accompanied by graduate students. The visit aimed to strengthen diplomatic ties, exchange insights on educational innovation, and discuss proactive collaboration regarding the Campus Asia 6 Project and the development of a Dual Degree program to elevate educational quality to an international level.
The activities commenced on December 11, 2025, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Parama Khwaengmuang, Assistant Dean for Research and Lifelong Learning, leading the delegation to visit authentic learning environments. The tour began at Khon Kaen University International Demonstration School (KKU IDS) to observe operations under the concept “Innovation meets education,” with a warm welcome from Mr. Peera Premtheerawatchai, Assistant Director. Subsequently, the group proceeded to Ban Sila Municipality Demonstration School (Ban Kotha) to experience strong local educational management. They were warmly received by Mr. Sakchai Boonnom, School Director, and enjoyed Isan cultural performances and Muay Thai demonstrations, reflecting the seamless integration of local wisdom with modern education.
In the afternoon, at the Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, along with the executive board, inaugurated an academic exchange session. This platform provided an opportunity for the Faculty’s graduate students to deliver Research Presentations on Innovation, Technology, and Learning Sciences, allowing them to showcase their potential and exchange perspectives with global experts.
On December 12, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, accompanied by the executive board and faculty members from the Japanese Language Teaching program, led the University of Tsukuba delegation to pay a courtesy call to Assoc. Prof. Chanchai Panthongviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University. The meeting focused on discussing the direction of the “Campus Asia 6 Project,” which emphasizes academic and cultural exchange, as well as pushing forward the development of a joint “Dual Degree” curriculum.
This visit by the University of Tsukuba marks a significant milestone in continuing the pursuit of academic and research excellence, aligning with the Faculty of Education’s vision. It emphasizes building international cooperation networks to collectively develop knowledge and produce graduates equipped with Future Skills, ready to be key mechanisms in sustainable educational development.
