ระหว่างวันที่ 24-25 พฤศจิกายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ร่วมต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงและผู้เข้ารับการอบรมจากกรมสร้างครู กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว รวม 25 ท่าน ในโอกาสเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การผลิตและการพัฒนาครูมืออาชีพสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการศึกษาของ สปป.ลาว” (Integrating Teacher Preparation and Professional Development for Education Excellence in Lao PDR)
โครงการความร่วมมือครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 24–30 พฤศจิกายน 2568 โดยเกิดจากการผนึกกำลังระหว่างวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. และกรมสร้างครู สปป.ลาว นำโดย รศ.ดวงเดือน โอไส อธิบดีกรมสร้างครู การฝึกอบรมมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกรมฯ เพื่อให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนการปฏิรูปการศึกษาใน สปป.ลาว ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
ในพิธีเปิดโครงการ ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.นวรัตน์ วราอัศวปติ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวถึงนโยบายความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะกับ สปป.ลาว ซึ่งถือเป็น “บ้านพี่เมืองน้อง” และเป็นพื้นที่ยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญที่ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีสายสัมพันธ์อันดีกันมายาวนาน พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.ศิริศักดิ์ เหล่าจันขาม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น และ รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้ร่วมต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร
กิจกรรมในโครงการมุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และต้นแบบการสร้างครูนวัตกร โดยคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. นำโดยคณบดีและคณะผู้บริหาร ได้จัด Workshop ด้านการผลิตครู ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงการออกแบบนโยบายด้านบุคลากรครูและการบริหารจัดการสถาบันสร้างครูให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว นอกจากนี้ คณะศึกษาดูงานยังได้เยี่ยมชมศูนย์นวัตกรรมการศึกษาเชิงพาณิชย์ของคณะฯ เพื่อศึกษาระบบนิเวศการสร้างนวัตกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้บัณฑิตเป็นนวัตกรด้านการศึกษา พร้อมกันนี้คณะศึกษาดูงานได้เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายมัธยมศึกษา (มอดินแดง) และโรงเรียนสาธิตนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมี ผศ.ดร.ศราวุธ จักรเป็ง รองคณบดีฝ่ายโรงเรียนสาธิตและผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนสาธิต มข. ให้การต้อนรับ ซึ่งกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ ต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนและนวัตกรรมการศึกษา อาทิ การบรรยายหัวข้อ “SATIT KKU Creative Innovator Model” บทบาทของโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ในฐานะห้องปฏิบัติการสำหรับการวิจัยด้านการศึกษา และการนำเสนอแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practice) ในหลายประเด็น เช่น การจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบโครงงานเป็นฐาน และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมสิ่งประดิษฐ์และบอร์ดเกม คณะฯ ยังได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมอาคารสร้างนวัตกรรมสิ่งประดิษฐ์ (SMD Maker Space) ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งผลิตผลงานด้าน Robotic & Automation เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่สำเร็จแล้ว เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการผลิตและพัฒนาครูใน สปป.ลาว ต่อไป
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการเป็นสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาชั้นนำที่สร้างคุณค่าให้แก่สังคมและภูมิภาค โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. ได้ใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างรากฐานเครือข่ายวิชาการและนโยบายด้านการศึกษาร่วมกันระหว่างไทย-ลาว ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพครูและส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในระยะยาว สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะฯ ที่มุ่งเน้นนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการสร้างหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค
Faculty of Education, KKU, Welcomes Department of Teacher Education, Lao PDR, for a Visit on ‘Innovation and Models for Teacher Preparation’ for Sustainable Educational Development
Between November 24-25, 2025 – The Faculty of Education and Khon Kaen University Demonstration School welcomed a delegation of 25 high-level executives and trainees from the Department of Teacher Education, Ministry of Education and Sports, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The delegation was participating in the practical training project “Integrating Teacher Preparation and Professional Development for Education Excellence in Lao PDR.”
This collaborative project, held from November 24-30, 2025, was a joint effort between the College of Local Administration, the Faculty of Education at KKU, and the Department of Teacher Education of Lao PDR, led by Assoc. Prof. Duangdeuane Osai, Director-General of the Department of Teacher Education. The training focused on developing the capacity of the department’s high-level executives to effectively and sustainably drive educational reform in Lao PDR.
The opening ceremony was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nawarat Wara-aswapati, Vice President for International Affairs at Khon Kaen University, who spoke about the university’s international cooperation policies, especially with Lao PDR, considered a “brother and sister nation” and a key strategic area where KKU has long-standing good relations. Also present to welcome the delegation were Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirisak Laojankham, Dean of the College of Local Administration, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education.
The project’s activities focused on transferring knowledge and models for creating innovator teachers. The Faculty of Education, KKU, led by the Dean and administrators, conducted a workshop on teacher preparation, which covered designing teacher personnel policies and managing teacher education institutions in response to a rapidly changing context. The delegation also visited the faculty’s Center for Commercial Educational Innovation to study the innovation ecosystem that fosters graduates to become educational innovators. Concurrently, the group conducted a study visit at Khon Kaen University Demonstration School (Modindaeng) and Khon Kaen University International Demonstration School, where they were welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Jakpeng, Associate Dean for Demonstration School Affairs and Director of KKU Demonstration School. Activities included knowledge exchange on teacher preparation models and educational innovations, such as a lecture on the “SATIT KKU Creative Innovator Model,” the role of the demonstration school as a laboratory for educational research, and the presentation of best practices in areas like project-based learning and the development of inventive innovations and board games. The delegation also visited the SMD Maker Space, a facility for producing robotics and automation works, to study its management model and successful practices for application in developing teacher preparation in Lao PDR.
This collaboration reinforces Khon Kaen University’s role as a leading research and development institution that creates value for society and the region. The Faculty of Education, in particular, has leveraged its expertise in educational innovation to build a foundation for academic networks and joint educational policies between Thailand and Laos. This will lead to enhancing teacher quality and improving people’s quality of life in the long term, aligning with the faculty’s vision of focusing on educational innovation for sustainable development and creating regional partnerships.
