ระหว่างวันที่ 14-15 กันยายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยทีมผู้บริหารและบุคลากร ให้การต้อนรับ ผศ.วรรัฒน์ ทิพจ้อย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากร ในโอกาสเดินทางมาศึกษาดูงานและเข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการภายใต้โครงการ “การทำโครงสร้างองค์กร (OP) เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx” การต้อนรับครั้งนี้เต็มไปด้วยบรรยากาศแห่งมิตรภาพและความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ
ภายในกิจกรรมซึ่งจัดขึ้น ณ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับฟังการบรรยายพิเศษจาก ผศ.ดร.ประกฤติยา ทักษิโณ รองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และพัฒนาองค์กร ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) พร้อมทั้งนำการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การจัดทำโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organizational Profile: OP)” เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถวิเคราะห์และจัดทำโครงสร้างองค์กรที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทและเป้าหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสถาบัน แต่ยังเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการเป็นองค์กรต้นแบบที่พร้อมแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษา เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของประเทศให้พัฒนาก้าวหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน สอดคล้องกับการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและการพัฒนาการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ
Faculty of Education, KKU, Welcomes a Delegation from Udon Thani Rajabhat University to Exchange Knowledge on Achieving Excellence with EdPEx Criteria
On September 14-15, 2024 – The Faculty of Education at Khon Kaen University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with the administrative team and staff, welcomed Asst. Prof. Wannarat Tipjoy, Director of the Office of General Education, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, and a delegation of executives and personnel. The visit was part of the project “Developing an Organizational Profile (OP) to Enhance Operational Quality based on EdPEx Criteria,” fostering a friendly atmosphere of academic collaboration.
During the event held at the Faculty of Education, KKU, participants attended a special lecture by Asst. Prof. Dr. Prakritya Tuksino, Associate Dean for Strategy and Organizational Development. She shared knowledge and experience regarding education quality assurance based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). The session also included a workshop on “Creating an Organizational Profile (OP)” to help attendees analyze and develop an organizational structure aligned with their strategic context and goals.
This study visit not only promoted inter-institutional knowledge exchange but also reinforced the role of the Faculty of Education, KKU, as a model organization ready to share knowledge and innovations in educational management. The collaboration aims to collectively drive and elevate the quality of the nation’s education for sustainable progress, aligning with the goals of building strong partnerships and ensuring quality education.
