8 กันยายน 2568 – สาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้จัดพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการศิลปะเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสถาปนาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และวันศิลป์ พีระศรี (Ars Longa Vita Brevis) ครั้งที่ 38 โดยมี รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน เป็นประธานในพิธี และมี ผศ.ดร.ศิริพงษ์ เพียศิริ ประธานกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน ท่ามกลางผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า ศิษย์ปัจจุบัน และแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
สาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา มีบทบาทสำคัญในการผลิตบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการสร้างนวัตกรทางการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน สังคม และประเทศชาติ นิทรรศการนี้เป็นเวทีแสดงศักยภาพทางศิลปะ แต่ยังเป็นการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชนและสังคมผ่านสุนทรียภาพ ซึ่งถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการจัดการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนิทรรศการในปีนี้มีความพิเศษอย่างยิ่ง โดยได้รวบรวมผลงานศิลปะหลากหลายแขนงกว่า 200 ชิ้น จากฝีมือของคณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และนักศึกษาปัจจุบันของสาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดแสดงผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดผลงานศิลปะของนักเรียนจากทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งมีเยาวชนผู้สนใจส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวดมากถึง 1,022 ผลงาน สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสนใจและความสามารถทางศิลปะของเยาวชนไทยที่พร้อมจะเติบโตเป็นกำลังสำคัญในอนาคต
การจัดนิทรรศการ ‘Ars Longa Vita Brevis’ ครั้งนี้ เป็นการตอกย้ำพันธกิจของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการเป็นพื้นที่บ่มเพาะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถสร้างนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย และยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตให้กับชุมชน สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการเปิดพื้นที่ให้ศิลปะเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน โดยผู้ที่สนใจสามารถเข้าชมนิทรรศการได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 – 30 กันยายน 2568 ณ ห้องนิทรรศการศิลป ชั้น 5 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
Faculty of Education, KKU, Inspires with 38th ‘Ars Longa Vita Brevis’ Exhibition, Showcasing Creativity from Faculty, Alumni, and Youth Nationwide
September 8, 2025 – The Art Education Program of the Faculty of Education held the opening ceremony for the 38th ‘Ars Longa Vita Brevis’ Art Exhibition, held on the occasion of the Faculty of Education’s anniversary and Silpa Bhirasri Day. The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Sustainable Society, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Siripong Piasiri, Chairman of the Art Education Program, delivering the report. The event took place at the Saisuree Jutikul Conference Room, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and was attended by administrators, faculty members, alumni, current students, and distinguished guests.
The Art Education Program plays a crucial role in producing quality educational personnel, aligning with the Faculty of Education’s goal of creating educational innovators to develop learners, society, and the nation. This exhibition serves as a platform to showcase artistic potential and provides academic services to the community through aesthetics, a core component of learning management. This year’s exhibition is particularly special, featuring over 200 works of art in various disciplines by faculty members, alumni, and current students of the Art Education Program. Additionally, it displays award-winning pieces from a national student art competition, which attracted an impressive 1,022 entries from talented youth, reflecting their strong interest and artistic capabilities to become a vital force for the future.
The ‘Ars Longa Vita Brevis’ exhibition reinforces the Faculty of Education’s mission to be a nurturing ground for creative teachers and educational personnel who can develop diverse learning innovations. It also promotes lifelong learning for the community, consistent with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by providing a space for art to be a tool for the sustainable development of learners and society. Those interested can visit the exhibition from September 8 – 30, 2025, at the Art Exhibition Hall on the 5th floor of the Faculty of Education building, Khon Kaen University.
