14 กรกฎาคม 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้รับเกียรติร่วมเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษให้แก่คณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว (สปป.ลาว) ณ ห้องประชุมอุดรตันติสุนทร วิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น การบรรยายครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ “Capacity Development Workshop on Education Project Planning and Management” ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา สปป.ลาว นำโดย ท่านสีทอง สีขาว รักษาการอธิบดีกรมแผนการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการและกีฬา พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงรวม 15 ท่าน โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อรองรับการปฏิรูปและพัฒนาการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของ สปป.ลาว ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการออกแบบและขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์การศึกษาของชาติ
ภายใต้โครงการดังกล่าว ทีมคณาจารย์จากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ นำโดย รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วย อ.ดร.ชญาชล เชื้อนนท์ และ อ.ชินภัทร จันทร์เรือง ได้นำเสนอ Workshop บรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “ปรัชญาและกระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ในการจัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและกรณีศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ” ร่วมกับ ผศ.ดร.ศิริศักดิ์ เหล่าจันขาม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น ในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร ได้นำเสนอภาพรวม “เส้นทางจากความเชื่อสู่โครงสร้างระบบการศึกษา” (The Path from Philosophy to System) โดยหยิบยกกรณีศึกษาจากประเทศผู้นำด้านการศึกษาของโลก เช่น สิงคโปร์ ฟินแลนด์ ญี่ปุ่น และเอสโตเนีย เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวางรากฐานนโยบายการศึกษาที่เข้มแข็ง จากนั้น อ.ดร.ชญาชล เชื้อนนท์ ได้บรรยายถึงระบบการศึกษาของประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างและความท้าทายในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดที่นำมาสู่การออกแบบหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายนานาชาติ (KKUIDS) ที่มุ่งเตรียมนักเรียนสู่การเป็นพลเมืองโลก ขณะที่ อ.ชินภัทร จันทร์เรือง ได้แบ่งปันรูปแบบการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) ของโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ ฝ่ายนานาชาติ ที่เน้นสร้างผู้เรียนให้มีทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อก้าวสู่การเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมในอนาคต
นอกจากนี้ในวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 คณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงจาก สปป.ลาว ยังได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมชม โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายนานาชาติ เพื่อสังเกตการณ์จัดการเรียนการสอนจริง พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้เข้าชมนิทรรศการ “KKUDS EXPO 2025: Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future” ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายมัธยมศึกษา (มอดินแดง) ซึ่งเป็นโอกาสให้คณะผู้บริหารได้เห็นผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมจากศักยภาพและนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนโดยตรง
การบรรยายพิเศษและการเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการถ่ายทอดและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ แต่ยังเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในฐานะสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำที่พร้อมแบ่งปันและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนและแข็งแกร่งในระดับภูมิภาคต่อไป
Faculty of Education, KKU, Collaborates to Enhance Educational Capacity for Lao PDR Executives and Exchange Modern Education Models
July 14, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, led by its executives and expert faculty members, was honored to serve as special lecturers for a delegation of senior executives from the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The session was held at the Udon Tantisunthorn Conference Room, College of Local Administration (COLA), Khon Kaen University. This lecture was part of the “Capacity Development Workshop on Education Project Planning and Management,” a collaborative project between COLA, KKU, and the Ministry of Education and Sports of Lao PDR. The delegation was led by Mr. Sithong Sikhiao, Acting Director-General of the Planning Department, along with 15 senior executives, aiming to support the reform and development of basic education in Lao PDR, which is crucial for shaping and driving the nation’s educational strategy.
Under this project, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Education, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with Ajarn Dr. Chayachon Chuernon and Ajarn Chinnapat Chanruang, presented a special workshop titled “Philosophy and New Paradigms in Basic Education Management and Comparative Case Studies.” They were joined by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirisak Laochankham, Dean of the College of Local Administration, for a collaborative knowledge exchange.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug presented an overview of “The Path from Philosophy to System,” drawing on case studies from global education leaders such as Singapore, Finland, Japan, and Estonia to provide a framework for establishing robust education policies. Following this, Ajarn Dr. Chayachon Chuernon discussed Thailand’s education system, analyzing its structure and current challenges, which has informed the curriculum design of the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, International Division (KKUIDS), aimed at preparing students for global citizenship. Meanwhile, Ajarn Chinnapat Chanruang shared the active learning model of the Demonstration School’s International Division, which focuses on equipping students with 21st-century skills to become future innovation leaders.
Additionally, on July 15, 2025, the senior executive delegation from Lao PDR conducted a site visit to the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, International Division, to observe classroom instruction. They also attended the “KKUDS EXPO 2025: Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future” exhibition at the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, Secondary Division (Modindaeng Campus). This provided an opportunity for the executives to witness the tangible results of the students’ potential and innovations firsthand.
This special lecture and site visit were not only a platform for transferring and exchanging knowledge but also reinforced the role of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, as a leading academic institution ready to share and build academic networks to jointly drive and elevate the quality of education for sustainable and strong regional growth.
