19 มิถุนายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่จากสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กร โดยมี รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.ประกฤติยา ทักษิโณ รองคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์และพัฒนาองค์กร คณะผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงาน นำโดย อาจารย์ ดร.ธีรภาพ ปรีดีพจน์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาจีนวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพและเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในกลไกการบริหารจัดการองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้แบ่งปันประสบการณ์และแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในประเด็นสำคัญต่าง ๆ ได้แก่
- แนวทางการบริหารงานคณะตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx200)
- กระบวนการกำหนดและถ่ายทอดแผนยุทธศาสตร์สู่การปฏิบัติในระดับบุคลากร
- การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลและการจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมในการทำงาน
- การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่างเป็นระบบ
- แนวทางการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน
การมาเยือนของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นการกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างสองสถาบัน และยังเป็นการแสดงถึงบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในฐานะองค์กรต้นแบบด้านการบริหารจัดการ และสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่พร้อมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมทางการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ภาคการศึกษาของประเทศให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
Faculty of Education, KKU Exchanges Knowledge on Excellent Organizational Management, Welcoming a Study Visit from the School of Sinology, Mae Fah Luang University
June 19, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, welcomed a delegation of executives and staff from the School of Sinology, Mae Fah Luang University, for a study visit and knowledge exchange on organizational management. The delegation, led by Dr. Teeraparb Pree-deepoj, Dean of the School of Sinology, Mae Fah Luang University, was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Prakritiya Taksino, Associate Dean for Strategy and Organizational Development, the administrative team, and supporting staff.
The study visit aimed to enhance capabilities and foster understanding of the mechanisms for excellent organizational management. The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, shared its experiences and best practices on several key topics, including:
- Guidelines for faculty management according to the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx200).
- The process of formulating and communicating strategic plans to the personnel level.
- Development of database systems and Knowledge Management (KM) to foster innovation in the workplace.
- Systematic risk management.
- Career path development guidelines for supporting staff.
This visit from Mae Fah Luang University serves to strengthen the positive relationship between the two institutions. It also highlights the role of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, as a model organization in management and reflects its commitment to being a learning center ready to transfer knowledge and management innovations. This contributes to jointly driving and strengthening the nation’s education sector for sustainable progress.
