ศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. – มช. สานสัมพันธ์เครือข่ายวิชาการ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านบริหารการศึกษา ตอกย้ำความร่วมมือยาวนาน
30 พฤษภาคม 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เปิดบ้านต้อนรับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา จากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ สานต่อความสัมพันธ์อันดีที่มีมาอย่างยาวนาน ในโอกาสเดินทางมาศึกษาดูงานและสัมมนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการด้านการบริหารการศึกษา สร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสองสถาบัน โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและองค์กรสัมพันธ์ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ นำโดย รศ.ดร.ยงยุทธ ยะบุญธง พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก ในการนี้ รศ.ดร.เสาวนี สิริสุขศิลป์ ประธานบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาบริหารการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก และ ผศ.ดร.ดาวรุวรรณ ถวิลการ ประธานบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาบริหารการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ได้ร่วมกล่าวต้อนรับ โดยได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเป็น คู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ที่แข็งแกร่งระหว่างสองสถาบัน และความมุ่งมั่นที่จะ ทำงานร่วมกัน อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อ ผนึกกำลังให้เข้มแข็งยิ่งขึ้นในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารการศึกษาให้ก้าวหน้า
รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ว่า “คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่นั้นมีความสัมพันธ์อันดีและยาวนานต่อกัน การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างสถาบันในครั้งนี้ จึงเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่นักศึกษาและคณาจารย์จะได้เปิดโลกทัศน์ รับฟังมุมมองที่หลากหลาย และนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้ไปปรับใช้ในการพัฒนางานวิจัยและการบริหารการศึกษาให้ก้าวหน้ายิ่งขึ้น อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงการศึกษาต่อไป” ทางด้าน รศ. ดร. ยงยุทธ ยะบุญธง ผู้แทนจากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้กล่าวขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น และแสดงความยินดีที่ได้มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ โดยกล่าวว่า “ในนามของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอขอบคุณคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่ให้การต้อนรับพวกเราเป็นอย่างดี พวกเรายินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ในวันนี้ เชื่อมั่นว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งแก่นักศึกษาของทั้งสองสถาบัน และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าความร่วมมือนี้จะพัฒนาไปสู่การเป็นเครือข่ายทางวิชาการที่แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป”
กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ในหัวข้อ “การวิจัยการบริหารการศึกษาในยุค AI และแนวโน้มของงานวิจัยในอนาคต” ต่อด้วยการเสวนา ในหัวข้อ “การตีพิมพ์บทความวิจัยในวารสารระดับชาติ และนานาชาติ” ซึ่งเน้นแนวทางการพัฒนางานวิจัยสู่การเขียนบทความเพื่อการตีพิมพ์ในระดับนานาชาติ และการเลือกวารสารในฐานข้อมูล Scopus บรรยากาศการแลกเปลี่ยนเต็มไปด้วยความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายนำมาแบ่งปัน สร้างเสริมความเข้าใจและจุดประกายแนวคิดใหม่ๆ
การพบปะและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่กระชับความสัมพันธ์และต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบันชั้นนำด้านศึกษาศาสตร์เท่านั้น แต่ยังสอดรับกับแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และสร้างนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งเน้นการวิจัยเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับภาคการศึกษาของประเทศ ตลอดจนเป็นการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาได้พัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัย และมีความพร้อมในการเป็นผู้นำด้านการบริหารการศึกษาในอนาคต ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการผลิตบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ สามารถพัฒนานวัตกรรมได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้แก่สังคมและวงการศึกษาไทย
Khon Kaen and Chiang Mai University Education Faculties Strengthen Academic Ties
KHON KAEN – The Faculty of Education at Khon Kaen University (KKU) welcomed a delegation of faculty members and graduate students from Chiang Mai University’s (CMU) Faculty of Education on May 30, 2025. The visit, which included an academic seminar on educational administration, aimed to build upon the long-standing relationship and enhance the collaborative network between the two institutions.
Associate Professor Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn, KKU’s Vice Dean for Student Development and Organizational Relations, presided over the opening and welcomed the CMU delegation, led by Associate Professor Dr. Yongyouth Yaboonthong. Joining the welcome were Associate Professor Dr. Saowanee Sirisooksilp, Chair of KKU’s Doctoral Program in Educational Administration, and Assistant Professor Dr. Dawruwan Thawinkarn, Chair of the Master’s Program in the same field. They emphasized the significance of the strong academic partnership and a mutual commitment to working closely to advance knowledge in educational administration.
Dr. Kanjanasorn highlighted the importance of the event, stating, “The Faculties of Education at Khon Kaen University and Chiang Mai University share a positive and long-established relationship. This inter-institutional exchange is an excellent opportunity for students and faculty to broaden their horizons, hear diverse perspectives, and apply these experiences to further develop research and educational administration, which will lead to innovations beneficial to the education sector.”
Representing CMU’s Faculty of Education, Dr. Yaboonthong expressed gratitude for the warm reception. “On behalf of the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, I thank the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, for welcoming us so warmly. We are very pleased to participate in today’s exchange and are confident that this activity will be highly beneficial for students from both institutions. We sincerely hope this cooperation will develop into an even stronger academic network,” he remarked.
The day’s activities featured a knowledge exchange session titled “Educational Administration Research in the AI Era and Future Research Trends.” This was followed by a seminar on “Publishing Research Articles in National and International Journals,” which focused on strategies for developing research for international publication and selecting journals from databases such as Scopus. The atmosphere was one of active sharing of knowledge and experience, fostering understanding and sparking new ideas.
This meeting and knowledge exchange not only reinforced the relationship and advanced academic cooperation between the two leading education faculties but also aligned with Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Education’s strategy to develop knowledge and create educational innovations. The initiative focuses on research aimed at developing and strengthening the nation’s education sector, while also promoting the development of graduate students’ research capabilities and preparing them to be future leaders in educational administration. This contributes to producing quality educational personnel capable of continuous innovation for the benefit of Thai society and its education system.
