25 เมษายน 2567 – ฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ และ สโมสรนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรม “สัมมนาสโมสรนักศึกษา และส่งมอบงานสโมสรนักศึกษาฯ ชุดใหม่ ประจำปี 2568” ขึ้น โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมมอบนโยบายและแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและส่งต่อภารกิจสำคัญให้กับผู้นำนักศึกษารุ่นใหม่ และ รศ.ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและองค์กรสัมพันธ์ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาสโมสรนักศึกษา เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้นำนักศึกษาทั้งชุดปัจจุบันและชุดใหม่ได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ รับฟังนโยบายจากคณบดี ซึ่งเน้นย้ำถึงการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการศึกษาของคณะฯ
กิจกรรมส่งมอบงาน โดย นายโชคชัย ศรีสารคาม นายกสโมสรนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 พร้อมทีมบริหาร ได้ส่งมอบภารกิจและข้อมูลการดำเนินงานต่างๆ ให้แก่ นายเหนือชาย แก้วศรีนวม ว่าที่นายกสโมสรนักศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 และทีมบริหารชุดใหม่ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของสโมสรนักศึกษามีความต่อเนื่องและสามารถขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อเพื่อนนักศึกษาได้อย่างเต็มศักยภาพ
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวกับนักศึกษา โดยถ่ายทอดแนวคิดและประสบการณ์จากการทำกิจกรรมสมัยเป็นนักศึกษา เชื่อมโยงสู่บริบทของการพัฒนานักศึกษายุคใหม่ที่ต้องมีจิตอาสาและพร้อมก้าวสู่การเป็นพลเมืองโลก ท่านเน้นย้ำว่า “การทำงานในองค์กรนักศึกษาไม่ใช่เพียงการจัดกิจกรรม แต่คือ ‘การเรียนรู้ชีวิต’ ที่แท้จริง” นักศึกษาจะได้ฝึกฝนความเป็นผู้นำ การเสียสละ การทำงานเป็นทีม การเห็นคุณค่าของผู้อื่น ซึ่งล้วนเป็นคุณสมบัติสำคัญของ “ครู” ผู้ปรารถนาให้ศิษย์ประสบความสำเร็จ คณะฯ มุ่งเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาด้วยการพัฒนาทักษะแห่งอนาคต (Future Skills) ทั้งด้านดิจิทัล นวัตกรรม ความเป็นพลเมืองโลก (Global Citizen) ควบคู่ไปกับการปลูกฝังจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู (Teacher Spirit) คุณธรรม และจริยธรรม นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแผนสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาได้ไปแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในต่างประเทศ เพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์ด้านการศึกษาและสังคมที่หลากหลาย พร้อมกันนี้ ได้แสดงความเชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพของทีมสโมสรนักศึกษาชุดใหม่ที่จะสานต่อและสร้างสรรค์กิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อไป
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการพัฒนานักศึกษาอย่างรอบด้าน ไม่เพียงด้านวิชาการ แต่ยังรวมถึงทักษะชีวิต ความเป็นผู้นำ จิตอาสา และการเตรียมพร้อมสู่การเป็นพลเมืองโลก เพื่อบ่มเพาะบัณฑิตครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาคุณภาพสูง ให้เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมการศึกษา สร้างคุณค่าให้สังคม และนำพาภาคการศึกษาไทยให้ก้าวหน้าทัดเทียมระดับสากล
“Empowering Leaders, Building Connections” Faculty of Education, KKU, Holds Seminar to Prepare and Hand Over Student Union Duties for Academic Year 2025
April 25, 2024 – The Division of Student Development and Alumni Relations and the Faculty of Education Student Union organized the “Seminar and Handover Ceremony for the New Student Union Committee for Academic Year 2025.” The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, who presided over the ceremony and provided policies and guidelines for extracurricular activities. This was aimed at preparing and transitioning key responsibilities to the new generation of student leaders. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wayu Kanjanasorn, Associate Dean for Student Development and Organizational Relations, along with the Student Union advisory faculty members, also participated actively. The seminar provided an opportunity for both current and incoming student leaders to exchange knowledge and learn about the Dean’s policies, emphasizing activities that promote essential 21st-century skills, aligning with the faculty’s direction towards educational innovation.
A key activity was the handover ceremony, where Mr. Chokchai Srisarkham, President of the Faculty of Education Student Union for the academic year 2024, along with his executive team, transferred duties and operational information to Mr. Nueachai Kaewsrinualm, the incoming President for the academic year 2025, and the new executive team. This ensures the continuity of the Student Union’s operations and its capacity to effectively drive activities beneficial to fellow students.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug addressed the students, sharing insights and experiences from his own student activity involvement, connecting them to the context of developing modern students with a volunteer spirit, ready to become true global citizens. He emphasized that “working in a student organization is not just about organizing events; it’s ‘real-life learning’.” Students gain practice in leadership, sacrifice, teamwork, and valuing others – all essential qualities for “teachers” who aspire for their students’ success. The faculty aims to prepare students by developing Future Skills in digital literacy, innovation, and Global Citizenship, alongside fostering the Teacher Spirit, morals, and ethics. Furthermore, there are plans to support students in gaining international exchange experiences to broaden their perspectives on diverse educational and societal contexts. He also expressed confidence in the potential of the new Student Union team to continue and create beneficial activities.
This event reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to the holistic development of students, encompassing not only academics but also life skills, leadership, volunteerism, and preparation for global citizenship. The goal is to nurture high-quality graduate teachers and educational personnel to be a vital force in driving educational innovation, creating value for society, and advancing the Thai education sector to international standards.
