คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มุ่งมั่นในการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ โดยเข้าร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพในการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 5 และนานาชาติ ครั้งที่ 2 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “พุทธสันติวิธีในบริบทสังคมโลกดิจิทัล” เมื่อวันที่ 8 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ณ อาคารศูนย์วิทยบริการสิรินธร มหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย (มมร.) วิทยาเขตอีสาน จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยในโอกาสนี้ รศ.ดร.จตุภูมิ เขตจัตุรัส ผู้แทนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมในพิธีเปิดและรับมอบโล่เกียรติในฐานะเจ้าภาพร่วมอย่างเป็นทางการ เพื่อแสดงถึงพลังความร่วมมือในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมทางปัญญาและการพัฒนาสังคม
การประชุมวิชาการในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเวทีกลางในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยที่บูรณาการศาสตร์แขนงต่างๆ เข้ากับหลักพุทธธรรม เพื่อตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายของโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญต่อวิถีชีวิต ท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วของสังคมดิจิทัล การหยิบยกหลักสันติวิธีมาเป็นรากฐานในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและการแก้ปัญหาสังคมจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะในมิติด้านการศึกษา การบริหารจัดการ และการพัฒนาคุณภาพงานวิจัยที่มุ่งเน้นจริยธรรมควบคู่ไปกับความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี
ภายในงานมีการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยและบทความวิชาการที่หลากหลาย ครอบคลุมทั้งกลุ่มการศึกษา การบริหารการศึกษา รัฐศาสตร์ และพุทธศาสตร์และปรัชญา โดยมีนักวิชาการ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษาจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศเข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาปัญญาและคุณธรรมให้เกิดขึ้นในทุกภาคส่วนของสังคม การที่ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเวทีระดับนานาชาตินี้ เป็นการสะท้อนถึงบทบาทผู้นำทางการศึกษาที่พร้อมจะบูรณาการศาสตร์สมัยใหม่เข้ากับภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิม เพื่อสร้างสรรค์สังคมที่สงบสุขและเข้มแข็ง
การเข้าร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพร่วมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการขยายขอบเขตทางวิชาการ แต่ยังเป็นการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ และการสร้างพันธมิตรเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม การสนับสนุนให้เกิดพื้นที่ทางวิชาการที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คนและองค์ความรู้เข้าด้วยกัน จะช่วยบ่มเพาะนักการศึกษาที่มีความเข้าใจในบริบทของโลกดิจิทัลอย่างเท่าทัน อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และขับเคลื่อนสังคมไปสู่ความยั่งยืนตามวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
KKU Faculty of Education Joins Forces as Co-Host for National and International Conference on Integrating Buddhist Peaceful Means into the Digital World
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, continues to strengthen its academic networks by co-hosting the 5th National and 2nd International Academic Conference under the theme “Buddhist Peaceful Means in the Context of a Global Digital Society.” Held on March 8, 2026, at the Sirindhorn Academic Resource Center, Mahamakut Buddhist University (MBU), Isan Campus, Khon Kaen, the event highlighted the power of collaboration in driving intellectual innovation and social development. Associate Professor Dr. Jatuphum Ketchatturat represented the Faculty at the opening ceremony to officially receive a plaque of honor in recognition of the Faculty’s contribution as a co-host.
This conference served as a vital platform for exchanging knowledge and disseminating research that integrates various disciplines with Buddhist principles to address 21st-century challenges. As information technology and digital transformation rapidly reshape daily life, applying peaceful means as a foundation for innovation and social problem-solving has become essential. The discussions particularly focused on education, management, and enhancing research quality by balancing ethical values with technological advancement.
The event featured a diverse range of research presentations and academic papers covering education, educational administration, political science, and Buddhist studies and philosophy. Scholars, researchers, and students from Thailand and abroad participated to build networks aimed at fostering wisdom and morality across all sectors of society. By participating in this international forum, the Faculty of Education, KKU, reaffirms its role as an educational leader ready to integrate modern sciences with traditional wisdom to create a peaceful and resilient society.
Beyond expanding academic boundaries, this partnership actively drives Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to quality education and global partnerships. Supporting academic spaces that connect people and knowledge helps cultivate educators who deeply understand the digital context. This serves as a fundamental pillar for human resource development and moves society toward sustainability, in line with the vision of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University.
