25 พฤศจิกายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และ เทศบาทตำบลน้ำพอง ได้จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ การลงนามครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ โดยนำนวัตกรรมการศึกษาและหลักสูตรจาก โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนและครูผู้สอนให้ก้าวทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกยุคปัจจุบัน พิธีลงนามได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารเข้าร่วม โดยมี นายคัคเนศ คงเจริญสุข นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลน้ำพอง เป็นประธานในพิธี และกล่าวรายงานโดย นายเทพนคร นามวงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ พร้อมทั้งมีผู้ร่วมลงนามเป็นสักขีพยาน อาทิ ผศ.ดร.ศิริศักดิ์ เหล่าจันขาม คณบดีวิทยาลัยการปกครองท้องถิ่น มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
ในโอกาสนี้ นายคัคเนศ คงเจริญสุข นายกเทศมนตรีตำบลน้ำพอง ได้เน้นย้ำว่า การศึกษาคือหัวใจสำคัญของการปฏิรูป โดยเฉพาะการจัดการศึกษาที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้คิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์และเกิดทักษะการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งหลักสูตร “สาธิต Innovation” ภายใต้การดูแลจัดการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข. จะเข้ามาช่วยเพิ่มขีดความสามารถทั้งด้านผู้เรียนและครูผู้สอนได้อย่างดียิ่ง ถือเป็นโอกาสอันสำคัญที่ลูกหลานชาวน้ำพองจะได้เข้าถึงการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพเทียบเท่าโรงเรียนในเมือง ขณะที่ นายเทพนคร นามวงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะ ความสามารถเต็มตามศักยภาพ คำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของผู้เรียน และก้าวทันต่อยุคข้อมูลข่าวสาร ซึ่งการพัฒนาเหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องอาศัยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มข.
ด้าน รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ ได้กล่าวตอกย้ำถึงพันธกิจของคณะฯ ในการเป็นผู้สร้าง “ต้นแบบ” ทั้งด้านการผลิตครูและการใช้นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา เพื่อรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีและสังคมที่แตกต่างไปจากเดิม คณะศึกษาศาสตร์พร้อมอย่างเต็มที่ที่จะมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผนึกพลัง เพื่อยกดับและสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ดีให้กับเด็ก ๆ ในพื้นที่ตลอดระยะเวลาความร่วมมือ โดยอ้างอิงจากความสำเร็จของโมเดลการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองศิลา
ภายในพิธียังได้รับเกียรติจาก นายไพรัตน์ ทวีวาร นายกเทศมนตรีเมืองศิลา ในนามที่ปรึกษาและผู้ร่วมประสานงานในการสร้างโมเดลด้านการศึกษา ได้ร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ในฐานะพื้นที่ต้นแบบ โดยยกตัวอย่างความสำเร็จจากการนำหลักสูตรสาธิต มข. มาใช้ที่เทศบาลเมืองศิลา ทำให้จำนวนนักเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างก้าวกระโดดจาก 50-60 คน เป็น 230 กว่าคนในระยะเวลาเพียงปีเศษ ความสำเร็จนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การร่วมมือครั้งนี้เป็นการนำ “มาตรฐานสาธิต” มาสู่ท้องถิ่น ทำให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงการศึกษาคุณภาพสูงได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางไปเรียนในตัวเมือง ซึ่งจะช่วยสร้างโรงเรียนเทศบาลต้นแบบด้านการศึกษาที่เป็นโรงเรียนนำร่องให้กับพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ได้ต่อไป
ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้จึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่คำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของผู้เรียน เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาเต็มศักยภาพ และสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคมในระยะยาว โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการสร้างความเท่าเทียมในการเข้าถึงการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพสูง การขับเคลื่อนคุณภาพการศึกษาในระดับท้องถิ่นผ่านความร่วมมือนี้ จึงเป็นการตอกย้ำถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการนำองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมการศึกษาไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับภาคการศึกษาของประเทศอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งเป็นไปตามทิศทางที่คณะฯ มุ่งเน้นการเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมการศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และการพัฒนาโรงเรียนสาธิตให้เป็นโรงเรียนต้นแบบด้านนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู พร้อมกันนี้ยังเป็นการตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนที่จะสร้างหลักประกันว่าทุกคนมีการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพอย่างครอบคลุมและเท่าเทียมกัน
Faculty of Education, KKU Joins Forces with Nam Phong Subdistrict Municipality, Signing MOU to Elevate Local Education Standards with ‘Demonstration Innovation Curriculum,’ Aiming to Create Innovators for Sustainable Society
November 25, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and Nam Phong Subdistrict Municipality held the signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Nam Phong Phuriphat Municipal School. The goal of this agreement is to collaboratively drive and elevate the quality of education at Nam Phong Phuriphat Municipal School by applying educational innovations and curricula from the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School to develop both students and teachers to keep pace with the current world changes.
The signing ceremony was honored by the attendance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, along with the executive committee. Mr. Khakkanate Kongcharoensuk, Mayor of Nam Phong Subdistrict Municipality, chaired the ceremony, and Mr. Thepnakhon Namwong, Director of Nam Phong Phuriphat Municipal School, delivered the report. Witnesses and honored guests included Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirisak Laochamkham, Dean of the College of Local Administration, Khon Kaen University, and Mr. Pairat Thaweewarn, Mayor of Sila Town Municipality, serving as a consultant and coordinator in establishing the education model.
On this occasion, Mr. Khakkanate Kongcharoensuk emphasized that education is the crucial core of reform, especially educational management that provides opportunities for students to think creatively and acquire learning skills. He stated that the “Demonstration Innovation” curriculum, managed under the Faculty of Education, KKU, will greatly enhance the capabilities of both students and teachers. This is a vital opportunity for the children of Nam Phong to access high-quality education comparable to schools in urban areas. Meanwhile, Mr. Thepnakhon Namwong addressed the importance of organizing learning processes that promote skills and full potential based on student differences and keep up with the information age. He noted that these developments require continuous support from experts at the Faculty of Education, KKU.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, reiterated the Faculty’s core mission to create “role models” in both teacher production and the use of educational innovation to cope with rapidly changing technology and society. He confirmed that the Faculty is fully prepared to collaborate in order to uplift and create high-quality education for children in the area throughout the cooperation period, referencing the successful education development model previously implemented in Sila Town Municipality.
Furthermore, Mr. Pairat Thaweewarn, Mayor of Sila Town Municipality, shared his experiences as a successful pilot area. He cited the success of applying the KKU Demonstration Curriculum in Sila, which saw student numbers surge dramatically from 50-60 to over 230 in just over a year. This success demonstrates that this collaboration brings the “Demonstration Standard” to the local area, allowing citizens access to high-quality education free of charge, and helping reduce the burden of travel costs associated with studying in the city center. This initiative will create a municipal education prototype school that can serve as a model for other areas.
This collaboration is highly important for developing curricula and teaching management that considers individual student differences, helping students reach their full potential and creating long-term social value, particularly in ensuring equitable access to high-quality education. This drive to enhance local educational quality through the partnership reaffirms the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University’s commitment to utilizing knowledge and educational innovation to substantially strengthen the country’s education sector. This aligns with the Faculty’s direction of becoming a leader in educational innovation for sustainable development and developing the Demonstration School into a model school for innovation in teacher professional development. Furthermore, it responds to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all.
