18 – 19 กันยายน 2568 – สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดการประชุมสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาหลักสูตร ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา ทั้งในระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก โดยมี รศ.ดร.เสาวนี สิริสุขศิลป์ ประธานหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา และ ผศ.ดร.ดาวรุวรรณ ถวิลการ ประธานหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา ร่วมเป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร การประชุมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในฐานะผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ศิษย์เก่า และศิษย์ปัจจุบัน เพื่อร่วมกันสะท้อนมุมมองและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการที่จำเป็น (Gap Analysis) นำไปสู่การพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์โลกอนาคต
การประชุมสนทนากลุ่มในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง สำหรับการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้มีความทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานของกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) และยกระดับคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากลตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance) บรรยากาศการประชุมเต็มไปด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้นำเสนอแนวคิดและประสบการณ์ตรงที่เป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรทั้งสองระดับ
กิจกรรมนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษาในทุกระดับ ให้สามารถผลิตบัณฑิตที่เป็นนวัตกรและมีทักษะจำเป็นสำหรับอนาคต ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประเทศ แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษา ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต และผู้เรียน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาไทยให้ก้าวหน้าและพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, KKU, Holds Focus Group to Enhance Master’s and Doctoral Programs Towards International Standards
September 18-19, 2025 – The Educational Administration Program at the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized a Focus Group meeting to gather feedback for the improvement and development of its graduate-level programs in Educational Administration, covering both the master’s and doctoral degrees. The meeting was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saowanee Sirisuksilp, Chair of the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational Administration, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Daoruwan Thawilkan, Chair of the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, along with faculty members of the program. The event was attended by key stakeholders, including school administrators as graduate users, alumni, and current students, who came together to share perspectives and conduct a gap analysis aimed at developing a curriculum that meets the demands of the future.
The objective of this focus group was to collect data and opinions from all relevant sectors for curriculum revision, ensuring it is modern, aligned with the standards of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and elevated to international quality standards according to the AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance) criteria. The atmosphere of the meeting was filled with collaborative learning, as participants presented concepts and direct experiences that were highly beneficial for designing and developing both degree programs.
This activity reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to developing educational programs at all levels to produce innovative graduates with essential future skills. This not only responds to national needs but also builds a strong collaborative network among educational institutions, graduate users, and learners to jointly drive Thai education forward for sustainable progress.
