22 กันยายน 2568 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดอบรม “โครงการอบรมการจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสาธารณภัยและเหตุฉุกเฉินที่มีความรุนแรง เพื่อการบริหารความต่อเนื่องขององค์กร (BCM)” สำหรับบุคลากรและนักศึกษา โดยมี รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ กล่าวต้อนรับทีมวิทยากรจากฝ่ายกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม และกองป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในการป้องกันและรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดฝัน เสริมสร้างความพร้อมในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้ดำเนินไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในทุกสถานการณ์
โดยการอบรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรจากมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น นำโดย นายมรกต สุบิน ผู้อำนวยการกองป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัย และ นายวัชร พัฒนาวิวัฒนพร ผู้อำนวยการกองอาคารและสถานที่ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมบรรยายให้ความรู้ในหลากหลายหัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่ แนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านสาธารณภัยในอาคารสูงและการบริหารความต่อเนื่อง (BCM), มาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยในอาคารและการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (SH&E) รวมถึงการบัญชาการเหตุการณ์กรณีเกิดเหตุสาธารณภัยที่มีความรุนแรง เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ทั้งหลักการและทฤษฎีในการป้องกันและลดความเสี่ยง และในช่วงบ่าย ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้ลงมือฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในหัวข้อ “ทักษะเบื้องต้นด้านการป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัย” ร่วมกับหน่วยดับเพลิงและป้องกันอุบัติภัย (KKU Fire & Rescue Team) โดยได้เรียนรู้และฝึกซ้อมการดับเพลิงประเภทต่างๆ อย่างถูกวิธี ทั้งการดับไฟจากแก๊สหุงต้มและการใช้อุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงประเภทผงเคมีและคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ (CO2) ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างทักษะและเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการเผชิญเหตุจริง
กิจกรรมการอบรมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับบุคลากรเท่านั้น แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการดูแลความปลอดภัยและสวัสดิภาพของทุกคน ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำที่มุ่งสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และมีคุณภาพในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้
ED KKU Enhances Safety Skills with Risk and Emergency Management (BCM) Training
September 22, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized a training workshop on “Risk Management for Disasters and Severe Emergencies for Business Continuity Management (BCM)” for its personnel and students. The event was honored by an opening address from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, who welcomed the team of speakers from the Physical and Environmental Management Division and the Security and Safety Division of Khon Kaen University. This activity aimed to build knowledge and understanding of how to prevent and respond to unforeseen events, strengthening the organization’s readiness to operate continuously under all circumstances.
The training featured distinguished speakers from Khon Kaen University, led by Mr. Morakot Subin, Director of the Security and Safety Division, and Mr. Vachara Pattanavivanporn, Director of the Buildings and Grounds Division, along with their staff. They delivered lectures on several key topics, including risk management guidelines for disasters in high-rise buildings and business continuity management (BCM), safety standards in buildings and workplace environment management (SH&E), and incident command for severe disasters. This provided participants with both principles and theories for risk prevention and reduction. In the afternoon, participants engaged in a hands-on practice session on “Basic Fire Prevention and Suppression Skills” with the KKU Fire & Rescue Team. They learned and practiced the correct methods for extinguishing different types of fires, including those from cooking gas and using dry chemical and carbon dioxide (CO2) extinguishers, building practical skills and confidence for real-life situations.
This training activity not only enhances essential skills for personnel but also reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone. This serves as a vital foundation for being a leading organization dedicated to sustainable development and providing quality education in a safe and supportive learning environment.
