26 พฤษภาคม 2569 – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เดินหน้ายกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำในระดับท้องถิ่น จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา หัวข้อ “การนำนวัตกรรมและหลักสูตรโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นสู่การปฏิบัติในชั้นเรียน” ระหว่างวันที่ 26–27 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ จังหวัดขอนแก่น เพื่อถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และมาตรฐานการจัดการเรียนรู้ขั้นสูงสู่ชั้นเรียนจริง
การดำเนินงานภายหลังจากการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กับเทศบาลตำบลน้ำพอง โดยมีหมุดหมายในการส่งมอบ “มาตรฐานสาธิต” ขยายผลไปสู่การจัดการศึกษาคุณภาพสูงในระดับท้องถิ่น และช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางเข้ามาศึกษาในเมืองของผู้ปกครอง
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ นำโดย รศ.ดร.ดนิตา ดวงวิลัย ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนาโรงเรียนต้นแบบและการตลาดเชิงรุก ในฐานะหัวหน้าคณะทำงาน พร้อมด้วยคณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญและคณาจารย์จากโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมเป็นพี่เลี้ยง ถ่ายทอดและให้คำปรึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยมี นายเทพนคร นามวงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเทศบาลน้ำพองภูริพัฒน์ นำคณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเข้าร่วมรับการพัฒนาทักษะอย่างเข้มข้น
สำหรับหลักสูตรการอบรมและการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครู (Competency Training) เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรองรับการขับเคลื่อนการเรียนการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2569 ใน 4 นวัตกรรมประกอบด้วย:
กลุ่มนวัตกรรมการจัดการศึกษาอนุบาล Smart Innovator kids (SIK)
นวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ Smart Innovator mathematic (SIM)
นวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย Smart Innovative Thai Learning (ITL)
นวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ Smart Innovator English Language (SIEL)
กระบวนการพัฒนาใช้รูปแบบการทำ Workshop เชิงปฏิบัติการลงลึกในแต่ละวิชาเอก โดยนำเครื่องมือและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา รวมถึงรูปแบบการสอนที่เน้นกระบวนการคิดของโรงเรียนสาธิต มข. มาให้คณะครูได้ลงมือฝึกปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อให้นำไปปรับใช้และบูรณาการให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ผู้เรียน และในตอนท้ายของกิจกรรมได้มีพิธีมอบเกียรติบัตรให้แก่คณะครูและบุคลากรผู้ผ่านการอบรม เพื่อรับรองสมรรถนะและความพร้อมในการขับเคลื่อนหลักสูตรใหม่ร่วมกัน
ความสำเร็จของโครงการนี้ นับเป็นโมเดลในการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาส่วนท้องถิ่นให้กลายเป็นโรงเรียนเทศบาลต้นแบบที่จัดการศึกษาคุณภาพสูงตามมาตรฐานสาธิต มข. อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน
Faculty of Education, KKU Implements Satit Curriculum Innovation to Shape “Nam Phong Phuriphat Teachers” as a Prototype Model Utilizing Educational Innovation to Reduce Local Inequality
May 26, 2026 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, has moved forward to elevate educational quality and reduce local inequality by organizing a workshop to develop the competencies of teachers and educational personnel. The workshop, titled “Implementing Innovations and Curricula of the Demonstration School of Khon Kaen University into Classroom Practice,” took place between May 26–27, 2026, at Nam Phong Phuriphat Municipal School, Khon Kaen Province, to transfer advanced knowledge and learning management standards into actual classrooms.
This initiative follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic cooperation between the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and Nam Phong Municipality. Its milestone is to deliver the “Satit Standard” and expand it into high-quality education at the local level, helping reduce the financial burden of traveling into the city for parents.
The organization of this activity was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Danita Duangwilai, Assistant Dean for Prototype School Development and Proactive Marketing, as the head of the working group, along with a team of expert speakers and faculty members from the Demonstration School of Khon Kaen University acting as mentors, transferring knowledge and providing close consultation. On this occasion, Mr. Thepnakhon Namwong, Director of Nam Phong Phuriphat Municipal School, led the teachers and educational personnel to participate in this intensive skill development.
The training and practical workshop curriculum focused on teacher competency training to prepare for driving classroom instruction in the 2026 academic year across 4 innovations, consisting of:
- Kindergarten Educational Management Innovation Group: Smart Innovator kids (SIK)
- Mathematics Learning Management Innovation: Smart Innovator mathematic (SIM)
- Thai Language Learning Management Innovation: Smart Innovative Thai Learning (ITL)
- English Language Learning Management Innovation: Smart Innovator English Language (SIEL)
The development process utilized an in-depth hands-on workshop format for each major subject, introducing educational tools and innovations, including thinking-process-based instructional models from the Demonstration School of KKU, for the teachers to practice. This allows them to adapt and integrate these tools to maximize benefits for learners. At the conclusion of the activity, a certificate presentation ceremony was held for teachers and personnel who passed the training to certify their competencies and readiness to drive the new curriculum together.
The success of this project serves as a model for driving local educational institutions to become prototype municipal schools that manage high-quality education in accordance with the KKU Satit Standard concretely and sustainably.
