Faculty of Education, KKU, Aligns with University Policy, Participating in the SMART Plus Sharing Initiative to Drive Organizational Excellence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

August 27, 2025 – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Siripong Piasiri, Assistant Dean for Administration and Corporate Communication, along with Dr. Chatchawan Nongna, Director of the Administration Division, and faculty personnel, participated in the “SMART Plus Sharing” organizational values project. Organized by Khon Kaen University, the event aimed to foster a collaborative learning environment and encourage the practical implementation of SMART values across all departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project served as a key platform for promoting and embedding Khon Kaen University’s SMART values: S-Social Devotion, M-Management by Fact, A-Achieving Customer Excellence, R-Responsibility & Good Governance, and T-Technology & Innovation Focus. The activities focused on transforming awareness into action through observable and measurable behaviors. It provided an opportunity for various departments that have integrated SMART values with their own unique values to share experiences and best practices. Additionally, the event clarified desirable and undesirable behaviors (Do’s and Don’ts) to help personnel apply these principles concretely and sustainably in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This participation reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to aligning with Khon Kaen University’s strategy, which emphasizes effective human resource management.
