Faculty of Education, KKU Hosts \u2018ED BOARDGAME SHOW\u2019, Inviting Participants to Playtest New Innovations and Sparking Ideas for a New Generation of Creators<\/p>\n\n\n\n

July 17-18, 2024 \u2013 The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, through its Research and Innovation Division, continues to foster a modern learning ecosystem by opening a space for students and all interested individuals to participate in innovation development through the “ED BOARDGAME SHOW EP.1” event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornsawan Vongthatam, Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, highlighted the significance of the event: \u201cThe ‘ED BOARDGAME SHOW’ is an extension of our successful \u2018ED InnoIncubator\u2019 project. The \u2018Playtest\u2019 stage is an essential and indispensable part of the process, as it involves testing prototypes with a diverse group of real users to gather feedback. This allows us to refine our board game innovations to ensure they are complete and can be used as highly effective learning tools.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the event not only provided an opportunity for students and participants to share opinions, exchange perspectives, and help perfect the prototypes, but also aimed to spark creativity and inspire attendees, especially students. The goal was to show them pathways and generate ideas for creating their own educational board games or developing other forms of educational innovation in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event underscores the Faculty’s commitment to promoting research and development of practical educational innovations.
