ขอนแก่น – คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เปิดนิทรรศการศิลปะ “Ars Longa Vita Brevis ครั้งที่ 39” เนื่องในวันคล้ายวันสถาปนาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และวันศิลป์ พีระศรี พร้อมจัดแสดงผลงานของเยาวชน คณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน หลังการประกวดวาดภาพปีนี้ได้รับความสนใจอย่างสูง มีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 1,100 คน สะท้อนพลังของศิลปศึกษาในการพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์และเชื่อมโยงการเรียนรู้สู่สังคม
เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล ชั้น 2 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีการจัดพิธีเปิดโครงการนิทรรศการศิลปะ “Ars Longa Vita Brevis ครั้งที่ 39” โดยมีผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า ศิษย์ปัจจุบัน นักเรียน และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมงานอย่างคึกคัก
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวต้อนรับประธานในพิธีและผู้เข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมสะท้อนบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ในการผลิตครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่สามารถสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพผู้เรียน สังคม และประเทศ โดยเฉพาะสาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษาที่มีภารกิจสำคัญในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนทั้งด้านความรู้ สมรรถนะ และเจตคติ ตลอดจนเชื่อมโยงการเรียนรู้กับการบริการชุมชนและสังคมผ่านกิจกรรมทางศิลปะ
คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์กล่าวว่า การจัดนิทรรศการศิลปะดำเนินมาอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงครั้งที่ 39 และในปีนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างกว้างขวาง มีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกวดวาดภาพถึง 1,110 คน ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสนใจและความตื่นตัวต่อการเรียนรู้และการแสดงออกทางศิลปะ พร้อมหวังว่านิทรรศการครั้งนี้จะเป็นพื้นที่สร้างความสุข ความประทับใจ และแรงบันดาลใจแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงาน
จากนั้น รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิยม วงศ์พงษ์คำ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายศิลปวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นประธานเปิดนิทรรศการอย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมกล่าวชื่นชมบทบาทของคณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษาที่ร่วมกันสืบสานและพัฒนางานด้านศิลปศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
รองอธิการบดีฯ ยังกล่าวถึงศิษย์เก่าที่นำองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ไปพัฒนาตนเองและสังคม จนมีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับศิลปศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมฝากให้นักศึกษารุ่นปัจจุบันใช้รุ่นพี่เป็นแบบอย่างในการพัฒนาตนเองและสร้างสรรค์ผลงานเพื่อสังคม
นอกจากนี้ ยังแสดงความยินดีกับนักเรียนที่ส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมการประกวดมากกว่า 1,000 คน โดยระบุว่าจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของทั้งครูและนักเรียน รวมถึงความตั้งใจในการร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ พร้อมชื่นชมคณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และศิษย์ปัจจุบันที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาศักยภาพและการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะสู่สังคม
ภายในพิธี ผศ.ดร.ศิริพงษ์ เพียศิริ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและสื่อสารองค์กร และประธานกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาศิลปศึกษา ได้กล่าวรายงานถึงวัตถุประสงค์และความเป็นมาของการจัดงาน พร้อมกันนี้ยังมีพิธีมอบรางวัลแก่นักเรียนที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดวาดภาพ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569
นิทรรศการ “Ars Longa Vita Brevis ครั้งที่ 39” จัดแสดงผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดวาดภาพของนักเรียน ร่วมกับผลงานของคณาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่า และนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน เปิดให้ผู้สนใจเข้าชมตั้งแต่วันที่ 10–30 กันยายน 2569 บริเวณชั้น 2–5 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
KKU Art Education Opens 39th “Ars Longa Vita Brevis” Exhibition, Inspiring Creativity among Future Teachers and Young Artists
KHON KAEN – The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, officially opened the 39th “Ars Longa Vita Brevis” Art Exhibition on September 10, 2026, in celebration of the anniversary of the Faculty of Education and Silpa Bhirasri Day. The exhibition showcases artworks by young students, faculty members, alumni, and current students, highlighting the role of art education in fostering creativity, learning, and social engagement.
The opening ceremony was held at the Saisuree Jutikul Conference Room on the second floor of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and was attended by university administrators, faculty members, alumni, students, school pupils, and guests.
Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, welcomed the presiding guest and participants. He emphasized the Faculty’s commitment to producing teachers and educational professionals who are capable of creating educational innovations that contribute to the development of learners, society, and the nation.
He noted that the Art Education Program plays an important role in developing future art teachers by strengthening their knowledge, competencies, positive attitudes, and commitment to serving communities and society through learning activities and artistic engagement.
The Dean also highlighted the long-standing tradition of the exhibition, which has now been organized for 39 consecutive editions. This year, the accompanying student drawing competition attracted a remarkable 1,110 participants, reflecting strong interest among children and young people in creative and artistic activities.
“The Faculty of Education hopes that this exhibition will bring happiness, inspiration, and memorable experiences to everyone who takes part,” Assoc. Prof. Kanjug said. The exhibition was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyom Wongphongkham, Vice President for Art, Culture and Creative Economy, Khon Kaen University. In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyom praised the continued contributions of faculty members, alumni, and current students in strengthening and advancing art education at Khon Kaen University. He also recognized the achievements of alumni who have applied their knowledge and experience in their professional careers and encouraged current students to follow the example set by previous generations in developing themselves and contributing creatively to society.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Niyom further congratulated the young participants in the art competition, noting that the participation of more than 1,000 students demonstrated the commitment of both teachers and learners to artistic development and creative expression.
He commended the faculty members, alumni, and current students for continuing to promote art and for creating opportunities through which artistic creativity can contribute to society. During the ceremony, Asst. Prof. Siribhong Bhiasiri, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for Administration and Corporate Communication and Chair of the Art Education Program Administrative Committee, presented the objectives and background of the exhibition.
The event also featured an award presentation ceremony for students who won prizes in the drawing competition held on August 31, 2026.
The 39th “Ars Longa Vita Brevis” exhibition brings together award-winning works from the student competition alongside artworks created by faculty members, alumni, and current students, creating a space for artistic exchange across generations and educational levels.
The exhibition is open to the public from September 10–30, 2026, on the second through fifth floors of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University.
