เมื่อวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมการประจำคณะและผู้บริหารคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence: EdPEx) ระดับ 300 คะแนน ณ ห้อง ED-TEAL คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการสัมมนาคณะกรรมการประจำคณะและผู้บริหารคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 ซึ่งมุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้บริหาร แลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบัน
ในการนี้ รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวต้อนรับ รศ.ดร.สฎายุ ธีระวณิชตระกูล คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการประจำคณะ ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยมี รศ.ดร.เภสัชกร สุมนต์ สกลไชย นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และอดีตอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมในคณะศึกษาดูงาน ทั้งนี้ รศ.ดร.สุมนต์ สกลไชย ดำรงตำแหน่งอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2546–2554 และปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สู่การดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx ระดับ 300 คะแนน โดยคณบดี รองคณบดี ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และบุคลากรคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมเป็นผู้บรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ พร้อมเปิดเวทีถาม–ตอบในประเด็นด้านการบริหารจัดการ การขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ ระบบและกระบวนการทำงาน ตลอดจนแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ
การศึกษาดูงานในครั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนบทบาทของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในฐานะคณะศึกษาศาสตร์แห่งแรกที่ขับเคลื่อนตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx ระดับ 300 คะแนน พร้อมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และแนวปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการยกระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กร
นอกจากนี้ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ยังได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงาน ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายนานาชาติ ฝ่ายประถมศึกษา และครัวกลาง เพื่อเรียนรู้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการและระบบสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญของระบบนิเวศทางการศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ และต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืน
KKU Faculty of Education Welcomes Burapha University Delegation for EdPEx 300 Study Visit and Knowledge Exchange
On August 18, 2026, the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University (KKU), welcomed a delegation of executives and members of the Faculty Committee from the Faculty of Education, Burapha University, during their study visit to exchange knowledge and best practices in educational organization management and the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) 300-point level.
The delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sadayu Teeravanittrakul, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University, and included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sumont Sakolchai, Chairman of the University Council of Burapha University and former President of Khon Kaen University, together with faculty executives and personnel. The visit was organized as part of Burapha University’s annual seminar for the Faculty Committee and Faculty executives, with the aim of strengthening strategic management capabilities, exchanging best practices, and developing academic and organizational networks.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Isara Kanjak, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, delivered the welcoming remarks and expressed KKU’s appreciation for the Faculty of Education, Burapha University, for selecting KKU as a learning partner for this study visit. He emphasized that the visit provided an important opportunity for both institutions to exchange experiences, perspectives, and approaches to organizational development, particularly in driving faculty-level excellence according to the EdPEx 300-point criteria.
The knowledge-sharing session focused on KKU Faculty of Education’s experience in driving organizational development under the EdPEx 300-point criteria. Faculty executives, including the Dean, Vice Deans, and Assistant Deans, shared their experiences and approaches through presentations, followed by an interactive question-and-answer and discussion session. The exchange covered strategic management, organizational development, operational processes, and approaches to sustaining educational excellence.
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, has been a pioneer among Faculties of Education in Thailand in advancing its organizational management under the EdPEx 300-point criteria. The study visit therefore provided an opportunity for the Burapha University delegation to gain practical insights and explore approaches that may be adapted to strengthen its own organizational development and quality management.
In addition to the session at the Faculty of Education, the delegation visited the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School, including the International Division, Primary Division, and Central Kitchen. The visits provided further opportunities to learn about educational management, learning environments, and supporting systems within KKU’s educational ecosystem.
The visit reflects the strong spirit of collaboration between the two Faculties of Education and serves as a valuable platform for sharing good practices, exchanging experiences, and building networks for the continuous improvement of educational quality and organizational excellence.
