คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรมอภิปรายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ “การเตรียมความพร้อมการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์ใหม่ 2569” เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่บุคลากรสายผู้สอนในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการที่สูงขึ้น โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศิริพงษ์ เพียศิริ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและสื่อสารองค์กร เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม
เมื่อวันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรมอภิปรายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการพัฒนาบุคลากรสายผู้สอนในการก้าวเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการที่สูงขึ้น ในหัวข้อ “การเตรียมความพร้อมการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์ใหม่ 2569” ณ ห้องประชุม 1408 ชั้น 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมีคณาจารย์และบุคลากรเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้บุคลากรสายผู้สอนได้รับความรู้และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการในระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยเฉพาะการทำความเข้าใจหลักเกณฑ์ใหม่ 2569 ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาตนเองและผลงานทางวิชาการ เพื่อก้าวสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการที่สูงขึ้นอย่างเหมาะสม
โอกาสนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศิริพงษ์ เพียศิริ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและสื่อสารองค์กร ได้กล่าวเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยเน้นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาบุคลากรสายผู้สอนและการเตรียมความพร้อมให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จากนั้นเข้าสู่การอภิปรายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อ “การเตรียมความพร้อมการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์ใหม่ 2569” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายสถิตย์ แก้วบุดตา ผู้อำนวยการกองทรัพยากรบุคคล พร้อมทีมงาน เป็นวิทยากร ถ่ายทอดความรู้และแนวทางที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเตรียมความพร้อมในการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ
ภายในกิจกรรม ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับฟังข้อมูลและร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับวิทยากร พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้ซักถามประเด็นข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ เพื่อให้สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมและวางแผนการพัฒนาตนเองในเส้นทางวิชาการต่อไป
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่มุ่งสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรสายผู้สอน และส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีความพร้อมในการก้าวสู่ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการที่สูงขึ้นอย่างมีคุณภาพ
Faculty of Education Collaborates with the Human Resources Division to Prepare Teaching Personnel for Advancement to Higher Academic Positions under the New 2026 Criteria
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized a discussion and knowledge-sharing activity on preparing teaching personnel for career advancement to higher academic positions under the new 2026 criteria. The activity aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the requirements and preparation process for academic positions in higher education. Assistant Professor Dr. Siripong Piayasiri, Assistant Dean for Administration and Corporate Communications, delivered the opening remarks.
On August 5, 2026, the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized a discussion and knowledge-sharing activity on “Preparing for Academic Position Applications in Higher Education under the New 2026 Criteria” at Meeting Room 1408, 4th Floor, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. The activity brought together faculty members and teaching personnel interested in preparing for advancement to higher academic positions.
The activity was organized to provide teaching personnel with knowledge and a better understanding of the preparation process for academic position applications in higher education. In particular, the session focused on the new 2026 criteria, which are important for faculty members in planning their academic development and preparing their academic work in accordance with the relevant requirements.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Siripong Piayasiri, Assistant Dean for Administration and Corporate Communications, delivered the opening remarks and welcomed the participants. He highlighted the importance of continuous professional and academic development among teaching personnel, as well as the need for faculty members to understand the relevant criteria and prepare systematically for career advancement in academia.
The main discussion and knowledge-sharing session on “Preparing for Academic Position Applications in Higher Education under the New 2026 Criteria” was led by Mr. Sathit Kaewbudta, Director of the Human Resources Division, together with his team. The speakers shared information, guidance, and practical perspectives on preparing for academic position applications and navigating the relevant requirements.
The session also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and raise questions concerning academic position applications. The discussion allowed faculty members to clarify issues related to the criteria and preparation process and to gain information that could be applied to their individual academic career planning.
