คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดงานแข่งขันหุ่นยนต์ระดับชาติ “E-SAN Thailand Robotic 2026 Season 1” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 17–18 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยความร่วมมือระหว่าง ศูนย์วิจัยด้านพัฒนากำลังคนโค้ดดิ้งและพลเมืองดิจิทัล (CMDDC) มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น, คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และบริษัท Friend Robot เพื่อเปิดเวทีให้เยาวชนทั่วประเทศได้แสดงศักยภาพ พัฒนาทักษะแห่งอนาคต และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจด้านวิทยาการคำนวณและเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรม
ในพิธีเปิดการแข่งขัน ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.จารุณี ซามาตย์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยด้านพัฒนากำลังคนโค้ดดิ้งและพลเมืองดิจิทัล (CMDDC) และ คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ คณะกรรมการตัดสิน ครู ที่ปรึกษา และนักเรียนเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิด
บรรยากาศตลอดการแข่งขันเป็นไปอย่างคึกคักและเต็มไปด้วยพลังแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยมีทีมเยาวชนเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันรวมทั้งสิ้น 93 ทีม ผู้เข้าแข่งขันมากกว่า 200 คน พร้อมด้วยครูและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษากว่า 77 ท่าน จากสถานศึกษาทั่วประเทศ ร่วมลงสนามประลองทักษะ การออกแบบ การเขียนโปรแกรม และการแก้ปัญหาเชิงวิศวกรรมแบบลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ผ่านประเภทการแข่งขันหุ่นยนต์ ได้แก่ หุ่นยนต์กู้ภัย (จำลองสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติเพื่อเข้าช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย) , หุ่นยนต์ซูโม่บังคับมือ (SUMO 1Kg RC) และ หุ่นยนต์นำทาง (KKU Robot Guide) ซึ่งทุกรายการแข่งขันมุ่งเน้นวัดความแม่นยำ ความเร็ว การวางกลยุทธ์ และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม
รศ.ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ กล่าวว่า “การแข่งขันครั้งนี้มิใช่เป็นเพียงเวทีประลองทักษะด้านหุ่นยนต์ หากแต่เป็นเวทีแห่งการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและพัฒนาสมรรถนะสำคัญในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของเยาวชนไทย ชัยชนะที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดมิใช่เพียงถ้วยรางวัล หากคือองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ การทำงานเป็นทีม และแรงบันดาลใจที่จะติดตัวทุกคนไปสู่การสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมในอนาคต”
นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งพันธกิจสำคัญของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และศูนย์ CMDDC ในการขับเคลื่อนการเรียนรู้ด้าน Coding, Robotics และ Digital Citizenship เพื่อวางรากฐานการพัฒนากำลังคนระดับประเทศ รองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและส่งเสริมการศึกษาสู่ความยั่งยืนต่อไป
Igniting Future Skills! Faculty of Education, KKU, through the Center of Excellence for Coding and Digital Citizenship Human Development (CMDDC), Partners with Educational Entrepreneurs to Host the National Robotics Competition “E-SAN Thailand Robotic 2026 Season 1” Aiming to Elevate the Workforce in Computing Science
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, organized the national robotics competition “E-SAN Thailand Robotic 2026 Season 1,” which took place from July 17–18, 2026, at the Sai Suri Jutikul Auditorium, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. The event was held in collaboration among the Center of Excellence for Coding and Digital Citizenship Human Development (CMDDC) – Khon Kaen University, the Faculty of Education, and Friend Robot Company, aiming to provide a platform for youth nationwide to showcase their potential, develop future-ready skills, and spark inspiration in computing science and innovative technology.
At the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony as the chairman, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charunee Samat, Director of the Center of Excellence for Coding and Digital Citizenship Human Development (CMDDC), together with the executive committee, faculty members, judges, teachers, advisors, and students who attended the opening ceremony.
The atmosphere throughout the competition was vibrant and filled with the energy of learning, featuring a total of 93 youth teams with over 200 contestants, alongside more than 77 teachers and advisors from educational institutions across the country. Participants took to the field to demonstrate their skills in design, programming, and hands-on engineering problem-solving through various competition categories, including Rescue Robot (simulating disaster situations to assist victims), Radio-Controlled Sumo Robot (SUMO 1Kg RC), and Guide Robot (KKU Robot Guide). Every competition category focused on evaluating accuracy, speed, strategic planning, and teamwork.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanjug, Dean of the Faculty of Education, stated, “This competition is not merely a platform for testing robotics skills, but a venue for inspiring and developing key 21st-century competencies among Thai youth. The greatest victory is not just trophies, but the body of knowledge, skills, teamwork, and inspiration that every participant will carry forward to create innovations for society in the future.”
This marks another vital mission of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, and CMDDC in driving learning in Coding, Robotics, and Digital Citizenship to lay a foundation for national workforce development, accommodate technological changes, and promote sustainable education moving forward.
