คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการระดับนานาชาติ “Future-Ready Education: Leading Change for a Lifelong Learning Era” ระหว่างวันที่ 17–19 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้อง ED-TEAL ชั้น 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารการศึกษา พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ และเปิดมุมมองการจัดการศึกษาแห่งอนาคตให้แก่นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณาจารย์ และผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ
ก่อนพิธีเปิดโครงการ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ร่วมหารือและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการกับ Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ Universiti Malaya ประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้านการบริหารการศึกษา การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การยกระดับคุณภาพงานวิจัย การผลิตบัณฑิตให้ตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตลอดจนแนวทางการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยระหว่างสองสถาบัน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างยั่งยืน
ภายหลังการหารือ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการ พร้อมกล่าวต้อนรับ Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak และผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยกล่าวถึงความสำคัญของความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในภูมิภาค ซึ่งจะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาให้ก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโลก
ในการอบรมครั้งนี้ Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak ได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านหัวข้อ “Future-Ready Education: Leading Change for a Lifelong Learning Era” โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง การออกแบบองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และการขับเคลื่อนระบบการศึกษาที่รองรับการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (Lifelong Learning) พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากบริบทการจัดการศึกษาของ Universiti Malaya ซึ่งได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ
ตลอดระยะเวลา 3 วัน ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกิจกรรมการบรรยาย การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างมุมมองใหม่ด้านการบริหารการศึกษา พร้อมพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัย การสร้างนวัตกรรม และได้เปิดเวทีให้นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกนำเสนอ Concept paper วิจัยของตนเอง เพื่อรับการวิพากษ์และข้อเสนอแนะจาก Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา โดยข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนางานดุษฎีนิพนธ์ให้มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาการศึกษาทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
Faculty of Education, KKU Hosts International Workshop on “Future-Ready Education” to Foster Educational Leadership and Strengthen Thailand–Malaysia Academic Collaboration
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, through its Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational Administration, organized the international workshop “Future-Ready Education: Leading Change for a Lifelong Learning Era” from 17–19 July 2026 at the ED-TEAL Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge in educational administration, develop educational leadership, and broaden participants’ perspectives on future-oriented education for graduate students, faculty members, and educational professionals.
Prior to the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanchak, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, held an academic discussion with Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. The meeting focused on exchanging ideas on educational administration, curriculum development, research excellence, graduate development for the 21st century, and opportunities for strengthening academic and research collaboration between the two institutions to advance education at the international level.
Following the discussion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanchak officially presided over the opening ceremony and warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak and all participants. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of international academic collaboration among higher education institutions as a key mechanism for exchanging knowledge, experience, and educational innovations to enhance educational quality and prepare future educational leaders.
The workshop featured a series of lectures and interactive sessions led by Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak under the theme “Future-Ready Education: Leading Change for a Lifelong Learning Era.” The sessions explored educational leadership, change management, the development of learning organizations, and strategies for building education systems that support lifelong learning. Participants also gained valuable insights from Universiti Malaya’s internationally recognized educational practices and experiences.
Throughout the three-day workshop, participants engaged in lectures, academic discussions, and hands-on learning activities designed to broaden perspectives on educational administration while strengthening research and innovation capabilities. The program also provided an opportunity for doctoral students in the Educational Administration Program to present their research concept papers, receiving constructive critiques and recommendations from Professor Dr. Ahmad Zabidi Bin Abdul Razak together with faculty members of the Educational Administration Program. The feedback will serve as valuable guidance in refining their doctoral dissertations and producing high-quality research that contributes to educational development at both national and international levels.
The workshop reflects the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University’s commitment to internationalization through strategic partnerships with leading universities abroad. It also reinforces the Faculty’s mission to cultivate globally competent educational leaders, promote academic excellence, and strengthen international research collaboration in support of sustainable educational development.
