คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยหลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา จัดโครงการ “Intensive Workshop on Research and Innovation Development in Educational Administration” ระหว่างวันที่ 16–19 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้อง ED1414 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมทางการบริหารการศึกษา พร้อมเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับนานาชาติ
การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Makiko Tanaka จาก Osaka Kyoiku University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการวิจัย พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองทางวิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพงานวิจัยของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาให้ก้าวสู่มาตรฐานสากล
กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นในวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2569 ด้วยการศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฝ่ายประถมศึกษา โดย Professor Makiko Tanaka ได้ร่วมศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาและแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้านการบริหารสถานศึกษากับผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ของโรงเรียน เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการศึกษาไทย–ญี่ปุ่น
วันที่ 17 กรกฎาคม 2569 เป็นพิธีเปิดโครงการ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงานและกล่าวต้อนรับ Professor Makiko Tanaka พร้อมทั้งจัดกิจกรรม Workshop หัวข้อ “Research and Innovation Development in Educational Administration” ซึ่งมุ่งเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ทักษะการวิจัย และการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการบริหารการศึกษาให้แก่นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ผ่านการเรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับนานาชาติ
ต่อมาในวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2569 จัดกิจกรรม “A Critique and Recommendations on Educational Administration Research” เปิดเวทีให้นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทนำเสนอหัวข้อวิจัยของตนเอง เพื่อรับการวิพากษ์และข้อเสนอแนะจาก Professor Makiko Tanaka ร่วมกับคณาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา โดยข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนางานวิทยานิพนธ์ให้มีคุณภาพและตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาการศึกษาทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ
โครงการดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาและส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ ผ่านความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำจากต่างประเทศ ทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารการศึกษา และยกระดับงานวิจัยให้สามารถสร้างผลกระทบเชิงวิชาการและสังคมได้อย่างยั่งยืน
Faculty of Education, KKU Hosts Intensive Workshop on Research and Innovation in Educational Administration to Strengthen Graduate Students’ Global Research Competencies
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, through its Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, organized the “Intensive Workshop on Research and Innovation Development in Educational Administration” from 16–19 July 2026 at Room ED1414, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. The workshop was designed to enhance graduate students’ research capabilities, foster innovation in educational administration, and provide opportunities for academic exchange with an international expert.
The workshop was honored to welcome Professor Makiko Tanaka from Osaka Kyoiku University, Japan, as the keynote speaker. Professor Tanaka shared her expertise and research experience while providing valuable academic perspectives aimed at strengthening the quality of graduate research and promoting international academic standards.
The program commenced on 16 July 2026 with a study visit and academic exchange at the Khon Kaen University Demonstration School (Primary Section). During the visit, Professor Tanaka met with the school’s administrators and faculty members to explore educational management practices, exchange ideas on school leadership, and discuss opportunities for future academic collaboration between Thailand and Japan.
On 17 July 2026, the official opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Kanchak, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, who delivered the opening remarks and warmly welcomed Professor Tanaka. The day’s activities featured the workshop “Research and Innovation Development in Educational Administration,” providing master’s students with intensive training on research methodologies, innovation development, and contemporary issues in educational administration under the guidance of an internationally recognized scholar.
The workshop continued on 18 July 2026 with the session “A Critique and Recommendations on Educational Administration Research,” during which master’s students presented their research proposals and received constructive feedback from Professor Makiko Tanaka together with faculty members from the Educational Administration Program. The expert critiques and recommendations will serve as valuable guidance for students in strengthening their theses and producing high-quality research that contributes to educational development at both national and international levels.
This intensive workshop reflects the Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University’s strong commitment to enhancing graduate education and advancing internationalization through academic collaboration with leading overseas institutions. Beyond strengthening research competencies, the program also promotes international academic networking, encourages knowledge exchange in educational administration, and supports the development of research that generates meaningful academic and societal impact.
