วันที่ 10 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ให้การต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4–5 จากโรงเรียนหนองกุงศรีวิทยาคาร จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 72 คน ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงาน รับฟังการแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อ และเยี่ยมชมบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ของคณะ ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการ ED-TEAL ชั้น 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วายุ กาญจนศร รองคณบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและสังคมยั่งยืน กล่าวต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียน โดยกล่าวว่า คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เปิดพื้นที่ให้นักเรียนเข้ามาเรียนรู้และสัมผัสบรรยากาศการศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมหวังว่าการศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้จะช่วยสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ เปิดมุมมองด้านวิชาชีพครู และเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการวางแผนศึกษาต่อในอนาคต
จากนั้น รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ กล่าวถึงหลักสูตรใหม่ที่คณะเตรียมเปิดรับในปีการศึกษาที่จะถึงนี้ ได้แก่ หลักสูตรศึกษาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการสอน หลักสูตรนานาชาติ โดยกล่าวว่า หลักสูตรดังกล่าวได้รับการออกแบบให้ตอบโจทย์ผู้เรียนที่มีเป้าหมายประกอบวิชาชีพครูในโรงเรียนนานาชาติ โรงเรียนสองภาษา หรือสถานศึกษาที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยมุ่งพัฒนาทั้งความรู้ด้านวิชาชีพครู ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ การจัดการเรียนรู้ในบริบทสากล และความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้เรียนที่มีความหลากหลายทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรม
ภายในกิจกรรม สโมสรนักศึกษาคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ นำโดย นายธีระพัฒน์ ชัยบุดดี นายกสโมสรนักศึกษา ยังได้ร่วมแนะแนวการศึกษา แนะนำหลักสูตร ช่องทางการสมัคร เกณฑ์การรับเข้าศึกษา ตลอดจนถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การเรียนและการใช้ชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้รับข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์และสามารถนำไปประกอบการตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางการศึกษาต่อได้อย่างเหมาะสม โดยกิจกรรมครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้บรรยากาศการศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างใกล้ชิด สร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการศึกษาต่อ และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตัดสินใจเลือกเส้นทางการศึกษาในอนาคต
Faculty of Education, KKU Welcomes Teachers and Students from Nong Kung Si Witthayakarn School
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, welcomed a delegation of teachers and 72 Grade 10–11 students from Nong Kung Si Witthayakarn School, Kalasin Province. The visit provided students with an opportunity to explore the Faculty, experience its learning environment, and receive guidance on further education at the ED-TEAL Laboratory, 4th Floor, Faculty of Education, KKU.
Assoc. Prof. Wayu Kanjanasorn, Ph.D., Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Sustainable Society, delivered the welcoming remarks. He expressed the Faculty’s pleasure in welcoming the delegation and encouraged the students to use the visit as an opportunity to broaden their perspectives, discover the teaching profession, and gain useful information for planning their future education.
Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Education, then introduced the Faculty’s new Bachelor of Education Program in Teaching (International Program), which is scheduled to open for admission in the upcoming academic year.
He explained that the program is designed to meet the needs of students who aspire to become teachers in international schools, bilingual schools, or educational institutions where English is used as the primary language of instruction. The curriculum will develop students’ professional teaching competencies, English communication skills, international approaches to learning management, and ability to work effectively with learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
The Faculty’s Student Union, led by Mr. Theerapat Chaibuddee, President of the Student Union, also provided an educational guidance session covering the available programs, admission requirements, application channels, and student life at the Faculty. The session aimed to help the visiting students better understand their study options and make informed decisions about their future educational pathways.
