คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมกับกองป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัย สำนักงานอธิการบดี และตำรวจภูธรเมืองขอนแก่น จัดกิจกรรมอบรมให้ความรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันภัยอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี สำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสายสุรี จุติกุล คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
โอกาสนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อิศรา ก้านจักร คณบดีคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม พร้อมกล่าวว่า ปัจจุบันภัยอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีมีหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งการหลอกลวงผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ การแอบอ้าง การล่อลวงให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือการนำข้อมูลส่วนตัวไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้นักศึกษากลายเป็นเหยื่อโดยไม่รู้ตัว คณะศึกษาศาสตร์จึงเห็นว่าเรื่องดังกล่าวเป็นประเด็นเร่งด่วนที่ควรสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และภูมิคุ้มกันให้แก่นักศึกษา เพื่อให้สามารถรู้เท่าทันและป้องกันตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชูพงษ์ ทองคำสมุทร รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกายภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการรู้เท่าทันภัยอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี โดยเน้นย้ำว่านักศึกษาควรมีความรู้ในการสังเกตพฤติกรรมหรือสถานการณ์ที่อาจนำไปสู่ความเสี่ยง รวมถึงการช่วยกันดูแลและสังเกตเพื่อนรอบข้าง หากพบความผิดปกติหรือมีแนวโน้มว่าจะถูกหลอกลวง พร้อมทั้งยกตัวอย่างกรณีนักศึกษาที่เคยประสบเหตุ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้เรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์จริงและนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการป้องกันตนเอง
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก พันตำรวจเอกปรีชา เก่งสาริกิจ รองผู้บังคับการตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดขอนแก่น พร้อมด้วย พันตำรวจตรีประดิษฐ์ วงศ์สกุล สารวัตรสอบสวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองขอนแก่น และทีมวิทยากรจากสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองขอนแก่น เป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อ “รู้ทันภัยไซเบอร์ สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีสำหรับนักศึกษายุคดิจิทัล”
การอบรมมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบภัยอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยีที่พบได้ในปัจจุบัน อาทิ การหลอกลวงผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การแอบอ้างเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ การหลอกให้ลงทุน การหลอกให้โอนเงิน และการลักลอบเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงแนวทางการป้องกันตนเอง การใช้สื่อดิจิทัลอย่างปลอดภัย และช่องทางการขอความช่วยเหลือเมื่อประสบเหตุ
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างรู้เท่าทัน ปลอดภัย และสามารถปรับตัวต่อภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ในสังคมดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Faculty of Education, KKU, Organizes Cybercrime Awareness Training for Students
The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with the Division of Security and Safety, Office of the President, and Mueang Khon Kaen Police Station, organized a cybercrime awareness training program for Khon Kaen University students on July 9, 2026, at Saisuree Chutikul Conference Hall, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University.
The program aimed to enhance students’ knowledge, awareness, and self-protection skills against technology-related crimes, including online scams, impersonation, investment fraud, money transfer scams, and unauthorized access to personal data.
Assoc. Prof. Issara Kanjug, Ph.D., Dean of Faculty of Education, delivered welcoming remarks and emphasized that cyber threats now appear in many forms. He noted that risks involving personal information, online deception, and the misuse of digital data may cause students to become victims without realizing it. Recognizing the urgency of the issue, the Faculty of Education organized this program to equip students with essential knowledge and practical awareness for protecting themselves in daily digital life.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chupong Thongkamsamut, Vice President for Physical and Environmental Affairs, Khon Kaen University, also addressed the participants. He highlighted the importance of understanding cyber threats, learning how to identify warning signs, and helping observe friends or peers who may be at risk. He also referred to real cases involving students as examples for participants to learn from and apply as preventive guidelines.
The training session was led by Police Colonel Preecha Kengsarikij, Deputy Commander of Khon Kaen Provincial Police, together with Police Major Pradit Wongsakul, Inspector (Investigation), Mueang Khon Kaen Police Station, and a team of officers from Mueang Khon Kaen Police Station. The speakers shared practical knowledge on current cybercrime patterns, safe digital media use, prevention strategies, and appropriate steps to take when encountering suspicious online activities or becoming a victim of cybercrime.
This initiative reflects the Faculty of Education’s commitment to promoting digital literacy, cyber safety, and proactive protection among students, enabling them to use technology responsibly, confidently, and safely in today’s rapidly changing digital environment.
